Green Clean Restoration & Carpet Care

Description of Work: We had water in our basement again. We had used Green Clean a couple of years ago and they were awesome. I contacted Rhett for help again but they were too busy. He referred me to another place. This is a great company and I would not hesitate to use again and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: I requested cleaning service for my carpet which also had problems from my dog urinating in some spots. Jason came out and did a very good evaluation and provided some very common sense advice for my situation, which helped a lot. We talked about a couple alternatives. He ended up not charging me anything even though he spent a good 20 minutes looking at the carpet in different rooms with his black light. I very much appreciate him taking the time to come out and not just focus on selling me an expensive treatment which would not have made sense in my situation. I absolutely will call him when I schedule my next carpet cleaning. It's great to encounter a businessman of this caliber.

Description of Work: The service was wonderful and the owner was most accommodating in explaining the company's services and offered a discount on line. Would highly recommend them.
