Rob and Brock from Green Clean arrived on time, were very professional, efficient, and friendly. They were careful of our floors and furniture and explained everything thoroughly. They listened to us and made sure our cat wouldn't escape. The wool rug and plush over-sized chair they cleaned look fabulous and feel like new. The rug was cleaned by hand and is so soft now. This is, I think, the third time Green Clean has cleaned for us in 8 years. They are our go-to cleaners now.

Fantastic. They had to come back multiple times to check the progress, and every time they were on time, courteous and professional. They also provided great tips on how to prevent future sump pump issues. They also stayed involved on the business end to ensure that my warranty company was up to speed on what was going on, and to do what was needed to ensure that my warranty paid out, which it did.

My journey started in early July with sudden water damage from a busted dishwasher hose. The mitigation company came in and did a thorough inspection of the damages. They did a fantastic job testing everywhere there was water damage. Used tools to read and make sure no mold was present or continuously growing. All the floors, walls and ceilings were treated to prevent any more growth. Any cabinets or floors effected by the water damages were removed. The mitigation team moved on to closing off the bathroom and kitchen area to treat it. They put plastic up the kitchen area, installed in commercial dehumidifier and fan to dry up the subfloors for several days. Once that was all buttoned up the construction crew came in and removed my entire kitchen & dining room floors. Few things to suggest if you use them, make sure the reconstruction crew puts plastic over your household belongings and surrounding areas. They sanded down some drywall and all the dust filled my entire home. I had dust covered furniture, appliances, 2nd & 3rd floor filled with dust as well. Our computers got covered with drywall dust and it was terrible for our machines and could wreck them. I suggest next time you close off the area you are working in so the homeowners belonging do not get wrecked. As well as we found a number of subfloor nails sticking straight out, I have two cats and found 3 nails that could have punctured their paw's or went through our shoes if we had stepped on them. The bathroom job went ok as they had to come back 3 times as the light fixture was not working that they replaced. I think those things that could have been addressed prior to leaving the job. They made a clerical error on the dimensions of my flooring and then asked if I would possibly consider paying half to cover the difference on their own error. The flooring was not in stock, so still waiting on it to arrive to hopefully get my home back soon. It has been hard not having a kitchen sink for over 3 1/2 months now. Cabinets finally got rebuilt and are being installed next weekend October 12th,2024. On the plus side they have been very good to communicate with and answer any questions I have had. The company has also been flexible with what times work for you when they need to come in and do the work.

I have had Green Clean out to our home many times since we have lived here, once a year at a minimum. They are friendly and very professional. I greatly appreciate how knowledgeable they are about the fibers of the carpets, fine rugs and upholstery. I know I can count on them for a job well done, and best of all, a clean home! I highly recommend their services!

Green Clean did an excellent job during mitigation and reconstruction of my house in Maplewood, Minnesota after fire damage in May 2023. Project Manager was up front about any small detail or change and he kept me in the loop about schedule and cost. Crews did good work and I had an opportunity to provide feedback and perform final inspection to my family's satisfaction before moving back in the house.

We had Green Clean come out to clean our couches and carpets after a big coffee spill that we thought stained everything. We knew they would do a great job, as we've had them out many times before. Not only were the coffee stains gone, but they were able to get the old "dog" smell out of everything! Absolutely will use them again. Highly recommend!

We worked with Green Clean for water damage clean-up and mold/water mitigation after a dishwasher leak. They worked with us when insurance did not pay for any of the damage and were honest, communicative and transparent throughout the unplanned project. Their team was courteous and professional.

I used Green Clean twice for water damage restoration. The first incident was due to flooding in my basement, and the second incident was due to ice dams. In both instances, the Green Clean team was very responsive and took the time to calm me down when I was stressed out. They educated me on my options and didn't pressure me to decide anything on the spot. I chose to use them for the first issue because of how they treated me during the estimate process. I chose to use them for the second issue because their quality and professionalism never wavered. I didn't think twice about who to use when disaster struck again.
