Green Clean Restoration & Carpet Care

Shawn and Brandon did the cleaning for us. They were prompt, courteous, and thorough in their work. Shawn explained everything before he began working including a price quote for the work to be done. I've used Green Clean before at a previous home and was extremely pleased with the company. This experience was just as good. I'll definitely use them the next time I need carpet cleaning.

The carpet and rug looks wonderful. The guys were helpful about moving furniture out of the way. They were very pleasant and did a great job.

Despite the snowstorm, the Green Clean team arrived on time and handled the job superbly. They started by a quick walk through of the house to view the 3 rugs, stairs, hall and 2 rooms to be cleaned. I had asked they also clean our sofa but they advised me that the cost would outweigh the likely outcome, advise I greatly appreciated. Talk about honest, eh? They use organic chemicals, so instead of smelling like industrial cleaners, our home smelled fresh. They were honest about the stains they would be able to remove and the likely outcome given the age of our carpet. They gave us clear instructions to prepare for their arrival and after-treatment. I will definitely call them again.

The dog had messed up the carpet downstairs, so i called them to service my carpet, and they were very very good and very kind to me , they cleaned up thoroughly and did a beautiful job. And they were a very very nice people and did a wonderful job. I would be hiring them again in the future if I needed to.

Carpet hadn't been cleaned for years - and GreenClean got them looking almost new!!! Staff were professional, punctual, and answered all my questions. Couldn't give a stronger recommendation.

They came within a very short time of our call to start cleaning up the water. They did an excellent job and noticed there are mold on some items so they removed them. They also recommended a mold specialist and a dehumidifier. They were very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.

Overall Green Clean has been fantastic and specifically, Dan, was the hero of this job. As other reviewers have commented, Dan is professional and thorough. He knows this business and is passionate about getting the job done correctly. Dan patiently walked us through the mold remediation process and answered all of my many, many questions. All members of the Green Clean staff who assisted with our job and who I’ve had contact with for scheduling and billing have all been courteous and professional. Dan provided referrals for duct and content cleaning. We ended up cleaning contents ourselves, but we did use the recommended vendor for duct cleaning and Dan made sure their work was thorough and complete. The best proof of excellent service is that the post-remediation re-testing air quality results came in well under recommended levels. We hope that we won’t need restoration services in the future, however if we did our first call would be to Green Clean. We would recommend them without hesitation. We do plan to have our main and upper level carpets cleaned by Green Clean soon and expect that will go just as well. Thank you so much for offering compassionate, reliable service during a stressful event!

WoW! Our carpets have never looked that good in the 12 years we've lived here. It looks like every individual fiber is standing tall and shouting in unison, "We are Clean!" This is how I'd expect the carpet to look if they had totally replaced the it rather than cleaned it. I had no idea this carpet could look this good.

It was great. Carl was very friendly and fast and got all cat barf stains out! I’d hire and recommend him in the future.

Dan came out promptly and was one of three different companies who assessed my basement bedroom for water damage and mold remediation. He was by far the most professional and thorough, and I was impressed by his cautiousness about mold handling, which other companies lacked. Although I ended up doing the remediation job myself given it was small enough, Dan still answered some questions and provided guidance to make sure I knew how to dispose of moldy materials, properly clean the area, and avoid cross-contamination. I am very impressed at Dan's helpfulness and genuine concern, even though he didn't make a sale.

Considering the age and condition of the carpets (17 years+ of 3 German Shepherds, 2 cats and 3 boys) they did a great job!! Coffee stains in the basement along with graphite from a drum set. Doesn’t look new but we can safely open the basement door when showing our home.

We had water damage in our basement due to a failed sump pump. We decided to hire Green Clean for all phases of our project including final finishing work phase replaciing drywall, millwork, and painting. Overall we were very pleased with the work that Jason and Mitch did with all the finishing work. They were always on-time, approached the job with a high degree of professionalism, and were very nice to work. Our project manager, Rhett Trotter, did a great job keeping us informed through out the project. Rhett was very helpful educating us on the different carpet options available that fell within our budget related to our insurance claim. We would highly recommend Green Clean as a contractor to complete your finishing work in your home following water damage.

We were on vacation and came home to water damage in our basement due to a sump pump failure. We called Green Clean and they came out the same day! We were very pleased with the company's service. A special thank you to Dan and Blake! They did a great job with the mitigation services as well as with our insurance company by providing them with all the necessary information resulting in us getting full restoration value back. We would highly recommend Green Clean if you ever have water damage in your home. A very trustworthy and professional company!

I worked with Dan from beginning to end. He was amazing. He walked me through the process step by step and worked directly with my insurance company. Everything was done quickly and to great standards. He even helped me connect with the reconstruction company. The situation of having a basement flood is anxiety provoking but they made the process so painless that it minimized any stress. Thank you!!!!

Green Clean was very responsive and made their first visit to my home on a Sunday. They pulled the damaged carpet back, removed the wet pad, removed damaged base board, set up a fan to dry the carpet and a heater/dehumidifier to dry out the damaged cabinetry. They made a 2nd trip to my house to check everything and a third trip to remove the equipment. They referred me to another company to get new baseboard, a new carpet pad, and put everything back together.

I had all the carpeting in my home cleaned plus 2 couches. It was a big job, thanks to some cat stains. The two people who did the work did a great job and worked very hard -- everything looks and smells better.

Green Clean is great. I purchased a house with white carpet on the main level and open stairway, and a light tan on the lower level. Both are good quality carpet but had not been cleaned for a long time. I got a rough estimate by phone. While it was twice as much as some of the companies advertising 2 rooms for $99 or 3 rooms for $150, etc., I decided that you get what you pay for. That was certainly the case here. When the exact square feet were calculated, it was less than I estimated. And Pat gave me an additional discount because the house was completely empty (no furniture to deal with). Pat and Rob arrived at the beginning of the 2-hour window I was given. They worked diligently and finished in slightly over 2 hours. Twenty hours later the main level is dry but the lower level is still slightly damp. There are a few stains they weren't able to remove completely but overall I'm more than satisfied

Excellent. Prompt. Explained I had overestimated size. Explained other services I could have yet no hard sell. Came home and basement does not smell like a basement and 17 year old indoor outdoor carpet looks great. From first call friendly and kept me up to date with reminders. Would hire again. About 500 sq ft Basement and 11 stairs

I've used Green Clean before and knew they were a top-notch company and they came through again. They assessed the water damage to my carpet, determined I needed to replace only a portion of the carpet pad, removed the ruined portion and dried out the rest of the carpet. They were on time and efficient. When it came to replacing the ruined portion of the carpet pad I was told I could get a better deal if I worked with a carpet firm directly. They gave me a reference who I used.

Paul Sena and Pat DeBoneville did an incredible job. They arrived right on time. The first thing they did is measure the areas we wanted cleaned. I'd overestimated the square footage so my actual estimate was about 2/3's of the original quote I received when making the appointment. They got right to work after putting down protective covers for the wood floors and some hallway corners so the equipment wouldn't mark the walls. I was shocked at how good the carpets looked afterwards. I had no expectations that they would be able to get rid of all of the stains. We have 4 kids and a puppy so we had plenty of problem areas to address. The carpets look brand new. Incredible work!

Professional, on time, explains everything. Our carpets look great and dried in less than 24 hours. I'll be calling them again. Great company.

It all went very well. Rhett and Terry did the reconstruction and they were very prompt and wonderful to work with. They got everything done in time for Christmas which I was very happy with. Our kitchen and dining room look great and we are very pleased with the work they did. We would definitely hire them again. Thank you!
