The Green Clean team was fantastic to work with. They were always on top of things, had very transparent communication, and were very well organized. Our job turned into an insurance claim and Green Clean made this process very seamless. They had everything organized and took lots of pictures making the claims process a breeze (or I guess as easy as it could have been given my insurance company). In the end - we were VERY happy with the result and how quickly they were able to take care of everything.

If you go with Green Clean be sure to read your contract carefully. Slipped into the contract was "this is for mitigation and does not include restoration". During initial conversation with Dan, my husband & I were told that it was for everything. I've had several projects, including siding done recently. This is the first company that I feel was dishonest in word. I do think I shouldn't have been so trusting because all the other contractors were honest people. Also after cleaning, I could still see a partial bird's nest.

Aaron and Marquise did a wonderful job. They even came back a couple of days later to work some more on one particularly difficult area. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

No work was completed, but I would definitely hire them if needed.

Left message with answering service to schedule appointment. Call was returned promptly, estimate was given and appointment for cleaning scheduled. Received email follow-up of appointment. Also received a phone call from Jason two days prior to confirm date and time of appointment and to verify address. Technicians arrived on time and explained the process. Technicians were very courteous and personable. Received follow-up phone call from Jason to determine whether the work was satisfactory. Very satisfied with this company.

Cleaner arrived promptly and did the cleaning in a timely fashion. Price was high, but okay for one time. Job finished quickly. Individual did not use any scent, residual scent sorta musty.

Top-quality customer service, arrived on time, moved furniture, did a thorough cleaning of our carpets in 2 rooms that have heavy foot traffic and kid's spills. We've used them multiple times and have always been completely satisfied with the work and price.

Jake and Rob did an amazing job! I had heavy traffic areas and some pet stains and my carpet looks fantastic after being cleaned. Phenomenal job and I would highly recommend.

I am a big fan of this company. They responded very quickly after a tree branch went through my roof helping to get a temporary repair to stop the water damage. They also put me in touch with a great company for the permanent roof repair. They did a wonderful job mitigating the water damage and then reconstructed my kitchen beautifully. Everyone that I worked with were very professional, very honest and transparent about the cost and timing of the projects (which I super appreciated), and nice to work with. Thank you!

They did a wonderful job--some little questionable spots were removed and the entire carpet looked great. I will definitely use Green Clean again.

My husband and I were both disappointed with this company. Reserving an appointment and receiving confirmation per email was easy. I was not able to receive a pre-estimate as I could not provide measurements of our room sizes. We asked to have four bedrooms, a hallway, stairs, an area rug and a couch and recliner to be cleaned. When they arrived, the estimate took about 40 minutes for them to configure. They measured rooms oddly in my opinion and here is what we figured out once they left. No furniture was moved. With past companies, small plastic brackets were provided to keep furniture off the floors. This was not done. They just went around the furniture. Around the beds. We had no need for special cleansers as we had no stains. We pre-vacuumed and moved everything we could so no need to spend time on their part with extra stuff and yet? Their original estimate IF we had all above done? Was close to $800. Did you read that right???? $800!!! As is, we were charged $243 for four bedrooms, a hallway and stairs. Bedrooms where the complete room was NOT done. IF we would have had our area rug, couch and recliner completed this would have been an additional $350 as they did give us 25% off as a discount. But seriously? Our small area downstairs was MORE than our entire upstairs. The cleaning itself was good. They seemed to do a good job but like I mentioned? We had no stains. Just wanted clean carpets before the winter. So while the quality was present? WOW, the cost was overwhelming and seriously? Forty minutes to complete an estimate? With other companies before, representatives would walk in, look at rooms and give an estimate within two minutes. If we could give a C-D rating? I would

The carpet cleaning crew arrived within their arrival window and also received a reminder phone call the night before and just prior to arrival. The cleaning team, Rob and William walked me through their cleaning process, re-measured the spaces to confirm the cleaning charges. I over estimated the size of the rooms and was pleasantly surprised that the original estimate was higher than the actual cost. Green clean uses a two step process to deep clean the carpets and make a difference in the final product. Step one, pre-treat and orbital carpet scrubber, followed by hot water and extraction process. The carpets look great and smell clean. I would use Green Clean again. If you are looking for a much better carpet cleaning process, and don't want to pay a fortune for good work....contact Green Clean.

I received a speedy response from Dan who was able to assess the damage within 3 hours of talking with him. He provided assistance with stopping the water leak until plumbing repairs could be done. Once repairs were done, they were out 2 days later to do demolition, mold testing/removal, and drying. Each day they returned to assess the progress of drying out the wet areas until it was dry. Dan, Tyler, and crew were respectful, took the time to answer my questions, and knowledgeable. They made a stressful situation easier.

I talked to Jason on the phone about my cleaning needs and got a rough estimate. The cleaning was scheduled for the following week. Rob and Joe called to say they were running late (still within the time window though) and let me know when they would be here. Rob and I walked through the house and I showed him areas that needed to be clean, he gave me a better estimate and they went to work. Rob and Joe did an amazing job! We have always used Zerorez but I looked at recent reviews and I was tired of getting one quote and then when they arrived paying more for areas where the pets soiled, more for the cleaner they wanted you to use, etc so I thought I would try someone new. I was not asked to pay any more and the house smelled less "chemically" when they were done. We will DEFINITELY hire again and refer.

Project Manager Dan and his crew were exceptional in every way. Dan went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and was always available to promptly answer questions.

We had a big job of needing to clean and sanitize the entire house. Our house has a lot of wall to wall carpet. But we also had all of the upholstery done, as well as various area rugs, toss pillows, and even a couple giant stuffed animals. Shawn and William were fantastic. They went over everything upfront. It was a bigger job than they were expecting when they got here but they spent the time needed to get it all done. And they were genuinely kind and courteous throughout the whole process.

The lead technician Shawn did his best. One area came out but a stain was left. Shawn explained the challenges with the wool carpet and offered alternative solutions. Since it did not work entirely, he did not charge us for the service. He was helpful and gracious.

Jason M. was knowledgable, experienced, and respectful. He clearly explained the extent of the damage, patiently answered our questions and explained the options available to us. We feel educated enough to make a responsible choice about our next step for this project, and are grateful for the help!

Preparing to sell parents home. There is a combination of wool carpet from 1983 and newer carpet. They came in, we talked about what we wanted done, looked at the rooms, they measured and got to work. It was great to see someone show up on time and ready to work. They did a great job making the wool carpet clean and the newer carpet look new!!!

We had interior damage from an ice dam in 2014 and used Green Clean to dry out the walls and rebuild our bathroom. We had a very positive experience with them and the quality of the work was excellent. When we had interior damage from another ice dam in 2019, we thought it was a no-brainer to use Green Clean again. We had a project manager come look at our house to give us a quote. He was very scattered and not clear in his description of the work to be done. After promising to get us a quote within a few days, we received the quote two weeks later with a note in the email to let him know if we had any questions. The quote was extremely high, unclear, and "line itemed" us to death--a fee for removing a shower curtain rod and taking down blinds that were not screwed into the wall, just to name a few. We had numerous questions, so we replied to the project manager as well as to the project manager we used in 2014 (Rhett). Rhett left a voice message for me and I returned his call, getting his voice mail. After waiting 10 days with no response, I sent an email indicating that we still had questions. Rhett then responded that his company would not be a good fit for our project. Because we asked questions and expected a timely response? I am disappointed at the way in which a repeat customer would be treated and am amazed at the 180 degree shift in the level of customer service 5 years later. I have been recommending Green Clean to others based on the outstanding experience we had in 2014. Unfortunately, now I will be telling others to stay away.
