Josh and Michael were AMAZING!! My cat had gotten sick in a few places on my carpet and I couldn't get the stains out. The timing was horrible because I was getting pictures taken to sell my home only a couple days afterward. I called on a Friday and they were out on Monday. They did an exceptional job cleaning my carpet. Not only that but they were super nice and funny and it made the whole experience really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them and will.

Green Clean jumped right to work when we had water in our lower-level guest room. They quickly assessed the damage and got going with the needed tear-out & drying process. When the carpet was removed, we discovered old linoleum tile underneath. They arranged for asbestos tests and then proper removal of the contaminated flooring. They made quick, professional work of reinsulating, drywall and carpentry work. The new carpet goes in next and our 20 year-old granddaughter can have her room back! Throughout the project, they have also helped deal with the confusion of working with our homeowner's insurance. Thanks folks!

I was so impressed with Josh & Brock. Their knowledge of the business was phenomenal. Their details of the job and what to expect from them as a company and from the results we may expect were beyond compare. They did warn that some of the stains may not come up as they weren’t really stains but Very worn carpet that is showing the carpet base. Other than those dark marks that showed back up after it dried, we were still happy with the results.

Carpet looks great. Cheaper and faster than competitors. I did not have to wait weeks for someone to come. Used products that work. Safe for kids and pets. I will use there service again

We have had 3 jobs done by Green Clean, and each time we have been so impressed! We recommend them to everyone! They did the damage mitigation after our septic system failed and backed up into our basement, reconstructed the damaged area of the basement including a full bathroom rebuild, and we had them back a 3rd time to continue our flooring, trim, and new doors to the remaining basement. You take a chance when a disaster happens and you need to choose a contractor quickly. We were out of town when a smoldering futon left our whole house covered in oily soot. I made a few phone calls and ultimately chose Green Clean over some of the bigger companies I spoke to. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The process of mitigation took about 3 months, but when it was done there was absolutely no smoke smell. They removed ceilings, flooring, and drywall from the most affected areas, and cleaned every inch of the rest of the house. We were pleased with the results and with our initial meeting to discuss the construction phase, so we chose Green Clean's rebuild team to finish the job. This was where our experience went from good to great. I am very particular when it comes to design and materials selection for our 19th century home, and they were open to my suggestions and quirky requests. Mitch and his crew texted me regularly with questions and updates, and they had me stop by to discuss various details. They seemed to really care about making us happy and getting us back into our house. Despite the pandemic and a labor shortage, we had the same crew throughout the project, and I think there was only one week where, due to Covid, they weren't on site. On top of it all, their craftsmanship was really excellent. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the administrative side of this. There is an enormous amount of detail required by a builder to ensure that the work is properly documented and covered by the insurance claim. Rhett was very clear about what our allowance was for each item we needed to select, and answered all my questions (very patiently, I might add). Our insurance company barely questioned anything, and I have to think it was because it was organized so well. We made a few additional updates to our house, above and beyond what insurance covered, and he was transparent, honest, and flexible about the charges. We are now back in our house, 6 months after the fire (Green Clean's initial estimate had been 6 to 12 months), with no sign that we ever had a fire and no financial horror stories to tell. Thank you, Green Clean!

These were by far the best cleaners we ever have had. They were courteous, thorough and very hard working. I thought we would need to replace our ceramic floor in the hallway but they got it looking like new and were on time and friendly also. Afterward they resealed the tile grout too.They wore masks indoors , came right on time and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing cleaning or restoration services! Very professional company. They were able to recommend a company to test for mold. Taylor came out within a few days of the testing to assess the damage and gave a detailed estimate. They were also able to recommend an asbestos remediation company to take down the drywall as the joint compound contained some asbestos. Then within a week Marquis and Anthony? came to do the mold remediation. They were very careful to lay down protection on the floor leading into the room that was being remediated. They were great in explaining what they would be doing. They were just all all around respectful of our property, efficient, and really nice! Having a mold issue creates anxiety, but they know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them.

Green clean did a wonderful job at our home. They cleaned our couch and it looks brand new. Stains in our playroom disappeared with their carpet cleaning and I couldn’t be happier! Our sump pump failed and left our basement with soggy carpet and some spongy drywall. Green Clean responded quickly and did a top notch job on both the mitigation (demolition, debris removal, drying) and restoration (drywall, baseboard, casing, paint, carpet). Mitigation team leader Marquise communicated well and kept us looped in on every step. Owner Rhett advised us along the way. As a result, we trusted Green Clean to do the restoration work as well, and we were very pleased with the results. Thanks to team leader Mitch, Green Clean put our basement back together timely, skillfully, and with great attention to detail.

Terrible. The guy came out and took some measurements and photos and said he would get back to me the following week. The next week he left me a message and said they were short staffed and he would get back to me the next week. Several weeks went by and I called the guy again and he apologized and said he would definitely get back to me first thing the next morning. I never heard anything more from them. I hope this delay has not caused mold damage. I am very unhappy with them.

The team at Green Clean did an absolutely amazing job when our townhome unit endured some significant water damage from a neighboring unit's sink overflowing. They responded immediately to remove everything that was wet, begin the drying process, and ensure the damage was minimized. Once they were able to begin the rebuild process, it was done quickly, professionally, and the quality was fantastic. Attention to detail was impeccable and they made sure that everything was installed and rebuilt perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage, mitigation, and reconstruction!!!
