Green Clean arrived on time, within a couple of hours after I called. They were in and out quickly (2.5 hours) - they pulled back all the carpet, removed all the wet padding and sprayed to prevent mold. Their employees were friendly, considerate and hard working. They left dryers and a dehumidifier for a few days then returned, took moisture measurements and removed their equipment.
They usually do the whole thing from removing carpet to replacing padding and putting everything back. However, with the epic rains this June (2014) they were swamped and it took them quite a while to get back to us to discuss the replacement of padding.
They called and asked if we could pursue the padding replacement (apologizing for the delay) and carpet resetting on our own. They were overwhelmed with demand after all the rain and thought it would be faster if we pursued finishing the work with another company. I agreed and they gave us the name of a recommended company. We never contacted their recommendation and instead are having the work performed by a company we've worked with in the past.
Overall Green Clean was great to work with.

I know this was a little different scenario for Eric as he is used to also doing the work to take care of the water damage, but his assessment was excactly what I was looking for and he did an excellent job with it. He was thorough and addressed all of my concerns; helping me to understand what I needed to get my contractor to do and why. If all service companies had employees more like Eric, then there wouldn?t be a need for Angie?s List.

However, the sofa had lots of discolored areas and track lines left from the cleaning equipment - it looked worse than before. I assumed it was just the nap needing to dry further but the next day I tried rubbing/buffing but could not get them out. Green Clean took ownership of the condition and scheduled a do-over. The soft looked great after the second trip. I appreciated that they did not hesitate to correct the work, that the guys again communicated how it went and that I got a follow-up call from Annie after I'd seen it again. With that kind of responsiveness, I would use them again.

The only correction was in the spelling of our name on the contract which the office employee had mispelled. Our recommendation would befor her/him to repeat the spelling while on the phone.

They answer their phones and have someone call you right back with an appointment. They are very patient and understanding
in a stressful situation. I had drain tile installed during this time by another company who does that only. Green clean then
(with a sub contractor) relaid the carpet with a new section of pad. Green clean then cleaned the whole carpeted area.
Everyone was very pleasant, prompt and polite from the office to Rhett to Jason to Eric to Ben and Josh. They always kept
everyone up to date over the extended time period from start to finish (the drain tile installation and drying time for the concrete extended the whole project). They would call even if they would only be a few minutes late.The office called when all of the work was complete to make sure everything was totally satisfactory. They were great!
