Green Clean Restoration & Carpet Care

They came out with in two hours and started some machines. They came back two days later, moved the machines around (part was dry) and continued for two more days. The part I am disappointed by is it was not in their plan to put the molding and carpet back after they were done. They did an excellent job in fixing the problem, but I did not know they were going to leave me to find a way to get the molding and carpet back in place. They are going to do that work also, but I have to wait an additional 1/2 week to have that done. They did excellent work for the fixing the problem, I am just surprised and disappointed that they did not plan on putting the molding and carpet back the way it was before they started, but I am happy they will do this work, to get it back to the way it was, just 4 days later and I was surprised (lesson learned to ask from the beginning and don't assume).

The technicians were very professional and super conscientious. They were also very polite.

I had the unique pleasure of waking up at 2am in the morning with water everywhere on my main level. I called Green Clean Care at 3am and received a call back from the owner not more than 30 minutes later. I had a crew at my house at 8:30 that morning. They were extremely courteous, professional and very understanding that I was going through a lot. They were able to answer all of my questions, clean up everything and setup dryers to dry everything out. I couldn't be more happier with my decision to call Green Clean! As an ex insurance agent and very aware of how wrong things can go, the process was very seamless and the experience was very positive. Thank you for all of your help! It was a great transaction! I discovered it at noon and they were able to come out later that afternoon. This was when our area had gotten 10" of rain, so there was heavy demand for their services, and they were still able to get to me in a timely manner. They were incredibly professional and friendly. They worked quickly and were very cautious to protect the floors in the rest of the house as they moved about. The pricing was very fair and their equipment was in good repair. I hope I never need this type of service again, but I will not lose their contact information! I would definitely call them again!

First they called to let me know they were running about 10 min late due to traffic backup and it was just a little bit later they showed up. Travis and Paul introduced themselves and started measuring the living room/hall way for an exact quote and to see if I had any special concerns which I showed them. They started in on the chairs and worked very hard getting them clean,in fact they got both chairs looking like new. Travis and Paul then started on the carpet and got all the stains out. To prevent one that I was most concerned about from "wicking" back up Travis and I discussed how to handle that problem which worked. I must say they were very friendly and professional and would welcome them back again.

Green Clean steam cleaned the carpeting in our living room, dining room, upstairs hallway, two landings and steps in April 2015 and again in September 2016. Travis and Paul were the technicians both times and I hope that continue to come back. They are quick, efficient, work well together and are very respectful. They moved our larger pieces of furniture (sofa, chairs, dining room table) to clean around, beneath and behind. Our carpet looks fantastic! Green Clean will also provide a copy of the invoice if needed to maintain your carpet warranty. They also leave behind plastic booties to wear if you need to walk on the carpet before it is dry, along with a bottle of Green Clean Axiom Spot Cleaner for use between cleanings if needed. I will continue to call on Green Clean to clean my carpets going forward. Thanks Travis and Paul!

When I spoke to them on the phone, they were really nice and emphasized getting the job done soon even if I didn't go through their company. Eric from Green Clean was able to show up rather quickly after I called. This is important with water damage. He went through a few options with me and talked about the importance of getting the job done quickly. He got the carpet and padding removed in about 2 hours.

The crew from Green Clean were very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price.

I explained the issue I was having to the company, and he suggested I replace the carpet. It was a very pleasant experience, and I was happy that he was honest about it. I will use them in the future.

We were not satisfied. Carpet was still wet when the service tech left. Called to ask him to finish the job and he said he got out as much water as his equipment could. I was able to extract water from the carpet after he left with my wet-dry vac.

Green Clean was on time and delivered great cleaning! The carpet was soiled and had many stains/spots (you know the story-grandkids, etc.). They were able to restore the carpet very close to a pristine state. Looks great!!! Also, I had a coupon that they miscalculated initially. The owner called me the next day and apologized for the error (that was significantly in my favor) and made corrections to the bill. Awesome!

It went great. We had spend a lot of time time trying to clean the chairs ourselves...and only made the stains worse. Green Clean made the chairs look almost new again. We were very happy with the results. The company also has a great customer service.

Jeff the office manager contacted me with a 25% discount for carpet cleaning, because I had used their restoration services prior. Those services were excellent and the professional thorough, quality of the work. When he contacted me he never asked any questions about the condition of the carpet prior to them coming out. There are two unprofessional people that stopped by that had a negative attitude the moment they came in the door. It was as if they were looking to not do the work. Based on that, everything they did afterwards to meet that goal, they were trying to get out of cleaning, because it wasn't in show room condition. I feel they thought they were just going to come in and do as little as possible and then leave, Primary the hall way, and some smaller part in the bedrooms, there was dust along the baseboard, if they had mentioned it to me over the phone, I would have swept it up but since we never had a conversation about it. They were looking at that, and then talking among themselves about the condition of my carpets. The take photos, and then say they need to call the office manager, to see if they were able to do the job. That's when I decided at that time, that if they needed a meeting to do the job, and be told to do the job, I advised I did not want to do business with them. With the initial contacted , they called me, nothing was discussed about my carpet. I feel my time they wasted my time. When they left they said the office manger would be contacting me shortly, which he did, I went over this with him, and he said, He wanted to make this right. How can we make this right. Then they decided to step away from it. How do you go from wanting to fix it to stepping away from it? I feel they were making everything difficult for the customer. Green Clean made this a difficult process and a wast of time for me the customer.

We hired Green Clean in February 2016 for mediation work related to mold. There was an area in the living room that required them to remove baseboard and drywall along the floor, clean the mold, treat the subfloor and framework with a clear paint-on mold sealer. They completed their work and asked for a follow-up air-quality test. Our mold inspector came back several months later. The area had remained dry, no one was residing in the house yet, and no water had been run. Our mold inspector said the air quality remained fine but the mold was inadequately cleaned up and appeared to extend deeper under the tub space. Additional mold cultures revealed toxic mold in that area. There was also mold present under the wooden sill plate that was previously treated by Green Clean. A second abatement company was called for another opinion and they agreed that the job was incomplete. I called Green Clean on the day of the second mold inspection. I explained I needed to move into the house in 14 days. They said Rhett would call me early that next week (about 3 days). When he called, he said that Eric(in charge of job) would have to talk to me when he returned from vacation in another 3 days. They gave no indication if I could get on the schedule in time for my move. I could not wait until Eric returned from vacation to confirm a start date, and I hired another company to do the job. When I did talk to Eric, he told me that he had recommended that the subfloor under the tub be treated in the first place. This was not true, because I needed to remove all of the mold because my son is allergic. I would not have refused this recommendation. And if further treatment was required, why didn't they vacuum or treat under the tub space that they could easily reach from the space exposed by removing the drywall? (Pictures enclosed- post treatment). I was then told by Rhett that they would come complete their work and "wanted to make it right". They also offered compensation for their work which was incomplete ONLY if they could finish the job. But now, the cost estimate from the second company is over $4000, and I cannot be sure what Green Clean would cover. Rhett seemed to be quite adamant about making it right which we thought was admirable. However, I have elected to hire another company. We are not sure if we would be satisfied with Green Clean's work since the first job was not thorough and we are on a tight time constraint. We felt that Green Clean's service was unfortunately inadequate on this job. We tried to followup with them but it took too many days to confirm if I could get on the schedule and I needed to hire someone immediately. I thought it was dishonest for Eric to say he had recommended further treatment under the tub when he had not. We requested a full refund.

Tony and Rob were courteous, professional, careful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that they did not try to upsell services when they arrived. They measured to verify the estimate I'd been given; the ultimate cost was less than the original estimate. I would definitely recommend them and have them back again.

Tony and Rob just finished up cleaning our carpets, and I just want to say what a refreshing change in customer service! They measured the rooms, so prior to the work we knew exactly what the charge would be. They were thorough and gave great directions for care afterwards. Thank you for the great customer service. That is hard to find these days. Our house smells great too, I love the natural products that you use.

From scheduling an appointment to the time job was done it was smooth and perfect. Belongings were handled very carefully and carpet was thoroughly cleaned. Technicians are awesome so is owner.

Travis and Paul arrived on time. They measured and provided price which confirmed the earlier estimate I received over the phone when I set the appointment. They explained their procedure and started to clean. They were efficient, very professional and explained if any spots reappeared they would return to fix. There was no smell with the treatment and the carpet looks great. Excellent company and employees.

They were very efficient and professional. They discovered why we had mold growing on sheet rock in our basement (mice!) and did a great job with cleaning it up.
