Green Clean Restoration & Carpet Care

It all went very well. Rhett and Terry did the reconstruction and they were very prompt and wonderful to work with. They got everything done in time for Christmas which I was very happy with. Our kitchen and dining room look great and we are very pleased with the work they did. We would definitely hire them again. Thank you!

Sheet rock needed to be removed and the wall dried over a three day period. It went very smoothly.

Service is excellent. Their service technician, Paul, represented their company well by doing an exceptional work. Plus, they're the only company available to perform this task prior to Thanksgiving Day. I will certainly patronize their business again.

I had someone (Dan) out to my house within 48 hours with a mold Inspector (Vickie)- who was also awesome and recommended by them. In spite of their very busy schedule, because my issue was so small, they were able to fit me in here and there. As soon as they started talking I knew that it didn't matter if I was in over my head- they had my back and the job was going to be done correctly the first time. Just what I needed with my dog and elderly aunt living with me. Everybody that I encountered from Green Clean during the restoration was awesome and friendly- My dog even liked them and she doesn't trust anybody with me. They always called ahead and answered all my dumb questions- they didn't even act like they were dumb questions. Next time I need service on my home, Green Clean will be at the top of my list of places to call.

They were excellent. They showed up right on time, explained what they were going to do and got right to work. They even cleaned a few extra spot areas. Much to my surprise, the carpets looked brand new after they were done. Paul took the time to explain everything to me, left booties to wear until the carpets were dry, and said to call him if we had any issues - which we didn't. I will hire them again.

We had a 3:00-5:00 arrival time scheduled, but the office called us early in the day and changed that to Noon-3:00 pm arrival. Paul called when they were on their way and arrived promptly. The estimate that they had given us ahead of time was $291.62 based on the square footage that I gave them over the phone. The first thing that the guys did when they got here was measure the rooms, disregarding the areas where we did not want to move items. This decreased the square footage from 698 ro 496 and decreased the price to $207.22. I felt this was a very generous estimate of the surface area they were cleaning. Paul and Shon were both very friendly and, apparently, experienced. Paul explained everything including when we could be on the carpets after they were finished. It had been several years since we had our carpets cleaned, and this is the first time we used Green Clean who was referred to us by our HVAC sales guy. Because of that referral, Green Clean gave us a 25% discount which is reflected in the cost of service listed below. This entire job went better than we would have imagined, and we are 100% satisfied with Green Clean and especially Paul and Shon's attitude and quality.

I have used Green Clean a few times now and each time I've been extremely satisfied. The first time we had our carpet cleaned I was amazed at how well it turned out! I was concerned it might even need to be replaced, but it looked like brand new! We've also had mattresses cleaned, an area rug cleaned, and our dining room chairs cleaned. Each time Paul did an excellent job and was so knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Green Clean for all of your professional cleaning needs.

We've had a number of projects done by Green Clean over the past 10 years. They are truly wonderful to work with - professional, responsive, courteous - all of the things you look for in a service business. Beyond carpet cleaning, we've also had flooring installed after our dishwasher line cracked, testing for mold when I discovered our downstairs shower was leaking, and most recently, we had Rhett out to estimate redoing our kitchen ceiling to remove the "popcorn" and updating the look. They did an awesome job as usual. I highly recommend Jason and Rhett and the whole Green Clean team!

This is one of the best, most professional companies I've ever worked with. They came out right away when our basement flooded some weeks ago from a sump pump failure. They knew exactly how best to address the situation, including how to restore some documents that had gotten damaged. When they tell you the plan in terms of what needs to be done and when it will take place, that's pretty much exactly how things go. They have gone above and beyond for me too, for example by working closely with my insurance company, accommodating some unusual scheduling requests of mine, and even moving certain boxes around (which was not really included in the original scope of work, I believe). They have also been able to recommend other companies to me, e.g. a plumbing company, and I have been very happy with these companies also. Their carpet cleaning is also excellent. Green Clean is truly a class act!

It went great! Dan and Blake came over the next morning.. after estimating the damage they took control immediately! Damaged things were removed, areas assessed for mold and taken care of, fans were placed. Very helpful suggestions given. They were there for every question and concern, spent extra time with me helping me through this while our family was already going through a very stressful year! Very thankful we chose them!!

It went okay. I was not at home during the repair and so had many many questions - the guy who did most of the work was perturbed by my questions (as a woman, I always ask lots of questions). Rhette however, was very gracious but didn't do any of the work. I used this company before in my old home and loved them - back then Rhette did the work and I never had one complaint up til now. Coupled with the guy's annoyance with my questions and the cost, I will not use this company again. The cost covered only drying out the area over 3 days.

Let me write first that everyone that came to my home was extremely pleasant and courteous. The low grade reflects the fact that they went ahead and did the work without providing an estimate! They just showed up and instead of giving an estimate as I was told they would do, they did the work. I was unable to get competitive bids. If one calls them, make sure to babysit them so they don't start work while your back is turned.

It went terrific. Paul was very careful assessing the fabric before starting, checking for fabric labels and placing a call to the owner to discuss the approach before he began. I've had several green clean upholstery cleaners in our house over the years, and never had anyone approach the job in such a careful, thoughtful way. Paul also explained to me what he was doing, why, and its impact on the cost. He also checked in with me as he worked to ensure I was happy with progress. Upon leaving, he told us what to expect from a drying standpoint, and was careful to move furniture and rugs back to their original spots.

Fantastic!! Everyone at Green Clean is extremely professional and great to work with. Rhett kept us up to date throughout the entire process and responded to any email/call within a matter of hours...sometimes minutes. Best customer service! Jason and crew did a great job as well with the actual repairs! The crew arrived at the promised time and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day, both inside where the repairs were happening and outside where they were cutting boards. I highly recommend Green Clean!

Everything was great. The staff were very communicative, professional, and efficient. They were easy to work with and I was pleased with the carpet cleaning. They made an effort to accommodate the day I requested, so I appreciate that as well.

The job they had before mine ran overtime so they were not able to make their initial timeframe, but their outstanding communication more than made up for this. They were pleasant, professional, efficient, and my carpets look 100% better. I will definitely hire them again.

I am very satisfied with the service the 2 gentlemen provided for me, and how efficient they were. The 2 men arrived on time, assessed the area and shared with what the cost would be, which happened to be less than the quote over the phone. The men were detailed and thorough in their work. I would definitely call Green Clean back to my home.

Green Clean is a fabulous group of people. They are very prompt and efficient. Eric is amazing in that he called if he would be five minutes late. He should be singled out because he is just wonderful. He came almost every single day to check the dampness in my basement and they are the only people I will ever use.

I called Green Clean and they sent Eric N. out at a time that worked for my schedule. He looked at my problem and told me he thought we could handle cleanup rather -- and gave me pointers -- than having them do it for the minimum rates they need to charge. I was so grateful for his kindness, honesty, and professionalism, and will use Green Clean in the future if ever necessary!
