Description of Work: I had a plumbing issue in the condo above mine. As a result I had some water issues. I called the answering service for Green Clean on a Saturday afternoon. Rhett, who is one of the owners called me back within 5 minutes. He gave me advice on the steps that I should take. He was courteous and knowledgeable and he seemed genuinely concerned about the issue that I has having. I am giving a positive review based on the very prompt return call, and on the extremely helpful conversation we had. He suggested that I may not need their services at this point. But if it turns out I'll need more help, I'll be calling them back.

Description of Work: Water pipe burst in basement. They cleared out the ruined carpet and pad (after a great inspection) and dried out the space. We have used them before, and I hope we are done having them do emergency restoration. They worked with our insurance and we were taken care of beautifully.

Description of Work: They repaired interior water damaged walls from ice dams the previous winter. They did a great job, very professional. Looked better than new when they were done and took extra time and care to make sure the repaired areas matched. Great company to work with. Prices were a tad high but competitive with companies of similar reputation.

Description of Work: Green Clean restored my basement level . . . it had over 5 inches of water due to sump pump malfunction. They dried everything out and then remodeled the space. It's beautiful. The products were environmentally friendly and high quality. Rhett was especially helpful and flexible in scheduling, etc. the work was done on time and more than met my expectations.

Description of Work: I requested cleaning service for my carpet which also had problems from my dog urinating in some spots. Jason came out and did a very good evaluation and provided some very common sense advice for my situation, which helped a lot. We talked about a couple alternatives. He ended up not charging me anything even though he spent a good 20 minutes looking at the carpet in different rooms with his black light. I very much appreciate him taking the time to come out and not just focus on selling me an expensive treatment which would not have made sense in my situation. I absolutely will call him when I schedule my next carpet cleaning. It's great to encounter a businessman of this caliber.
