Description of Work: I came home to find part of a tree limb if my huge maple tree on my house, also one branch partially overhanging on a power line connecting to my house. I called Golden Leaf on a Friday morning, left a message, got a call back with a message that evening from the owner, who said he had driven by to assess the damage, and that he would be there the next morning (Saturday) to get the tree limb off the house. | |Steve Sands (the owner) showed up the next morning 1/2 hour earlier than he said he'd be there; he did what he said he'd do and then some. He first said he'd at least get the limb off the roof and do the cleanup later but he cleaned up the whole thing all in the morning. When I came back from errands early in the afternoon everything was cleaned up. Steve also checked out my roof for damage at the same time. | |I've used Golden Leaf multiple times in the past, and their estimates come in lower than other companies. | |This is a very small company and very busy, so hard to schedule in sometimes for routine stuff like trimming, but they do extremely good work IMO for a reasonable cost; also has been very quick to respond to two emergency tree removal situations I've had over the past two decades. |

Description of Work: Trimmed two apple trees, snow crab tree, cut down a small maple tree, and took a bush, and ground two of the stumps. The price quoted to me seem to be fair. Matt came out and gave me an estimate, and when I had first called Angie's list for temptress send off I thought, but I must've been wrong because they said they could not give me that because they had another Angie's list deal going on for a full day service. Matt was the one that came out with a coworker, and did a very good job, and also cleaned up very very well. I have no complaints against them at all, they both were very pleasant and professional and really seem to love their job, which makes a big difference.

Description of Work: Took down about a dozen trees and hauled away the brush. I'm very happy with the work and the price. I'd definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: I have used Golden Leaf before - they removed a very large pine tree in the front yard and trimmed a 100 year old maple in the front - both services were very reasonable. Lately had them trim a maple tree in the backyard at a very reasonable price. Steve does a great job and I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: WE HIRED STEVE TO TRIM THREE MATURE TREES IN OUR YARD. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE. YOU MIGHT HAVE TO MAKE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO GET HIS ATTENTION, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. HE DOES THE ESTIMATES AND THE JOB HIMSELF, WITH HELP FROM A SMALL CREWS.

Description of Work: I HAD 3 VERY BIG TREES AND 3 SMALLER TREES REMOVED FROM MY BACK YARD. THIS INCLUDED DISPOSAL OF TREE MATERIAL AS WELL AS STUMP REMOVAL.
