Good. I purchased offer through angies list and apparently the company didn't recieve my phone number for scheduling and they supposedly emailed me for scheduling but I was never contacted by anybody. The guy showed up at my house a couple days after I purchased the deal, unannounced because he couldn't contact me - which wasn't great but it was ok, at least he wanted to come get the work done. I don't think it was his fault, some issue with angies list middleman email contact system probably. Still he was very nice and helpful and professional and I would still recommend.

Service tech was friendly and very professional. He answered our questions and was quick to get the parts and make the repair.

Did a garage door tune up that I had purchased here on Angie's List. Did a good job, helped solve a couple of minor problems and gave suggestions without the "hard sell" to upgrade or have other work done.

Very well - I called at 7:30 am and they called me right back and said they could do the repair today. Dave arrived around 12:30 and spent about 45 minutes. He got the door back on the hinge and working. A portion of the exterior of the door was bent out of shape and he explained my options (he could try to force it back in knowing there would be some cosmetic damage or he could replace the bottom panel). Function was more important to me than form so I decided to go with 'force it back in'. I was satisfied with the end result (it's still bent but it's less noticeable than it was and the door works fine). If/when we need additional repairs or decide to replace the door I would definitely use them again!

Tech was thorough, no up selling, made suggestions for future maintenance.

It seemed like the serviceman was very interested in adding on extra things here and there, the bill got larger and larger. We also had some issues with scheduling, they showed up without us knowing they were coming. They had sent one email (which we didn't see), and still set the tech even though we didn't have a date set.

The job was done in a very timely manner. He was extremely professional. I was so impressed that I hired him to replace a panel on my garage door.

Unbelievable service. They called me in the morning after I got a quote and said ready to schedule. Came in the afternoon, Installer Brian got it done in a half hour, probably a couple hours sooner than I would've! Thanks for the great quick service.

The whole process went very well. I called and Dave was at my door the next morning to look at my current door. He said he could repair it but it would be a short term solution. I opted for replacement and picked a new door from the many choices listed on their website. It took a week for my selection to be shipped to Garage Doors Plus. Dave called me and made an appointment to have the door installed. Their installer, Brian, arrived at the agreed time and proceeded to remove my old door and install the new door. It took about 4 hours to do the work. He added better supports to my door rails and adjusted my door opener so that it was working more efficiently. He cleaned the new door and made sure everything was picked up. He also gave me some maintenance tips to keep my new door working smoothly for many years. I was very pleased with his concern to do the best job possible.

He not only inspected the garage door - he adjusted sensors, fixed my opener's lights & gave me guidance on possible upcoming repairs/replacements.

Was delighted to get in touch with someone in the early morning--because they picked up in the 7a hour, before 7.30a, they won my business, while other providers had answering services on until 7.30a or 8a. They said they would send a tech between 8a-10a...he arrived about 9.20a. He began work immediately upon arrival and was incredibly efficient and talked me through several options/items. He did try to upsell me on a few additional services, in the end, I bought those services--since then, I've done a little comparing and investigating and I think the price was too high for what I received, but I would have had to hire someone else to do the work and pay a service-call fee, so perhaps I saved a bit by having it all done at once; I just wish it had been a bit less in cost. Paid $329--I had asked to see if I could do it for $300, that $30 (10%) felt like it was just a bit much... but the service and responsiveness and invoicing and all was VERY professional and easy, overall very happy with the service.
