The guy who came to take care of our issue was very nice and gave us tips on how to use our garage door opener properly since we are new home owners.

They called right away with a quote, set up a time and came out within 2-weeks when I needed them. I had the garage door and garage door opener and they installed them went above and beyond service. I will always refer Garage Doors Pluss they do a wonderful job. Thank you

Excellent customer service. Punctual. Garage Door has rusted and came off track. They quickly repaired, had supplies on hand and was done within 30 mins. Garage is now so much quieter when opening and closing. We highly recommend and charged us $162 which was less the original quote.

I needed to replace two aging overhead garage doors. Tom answered my online request promptly and came to my house the next day. He went over all the options on door styles, windows, insulation and how they would do the work. We even found a color that matched my trim exactly. His guys came out the following week and installed the doors. Tom came out near the end of the job to inspect and make sure I was satisfied. They did a great job and at a good price.

Our garage door spring broke with my car in the garage; I needed someone to come out and fix ASAP! I called Garage Doors Plus and they had someone out within a couple of hours. Thomas gave me my options and the benefits of replacing vs repairing our old garage door without any pressure either way. When we opted to replace the garage door he went over the different doors, styles, insulated vs non-insulated, etc. He provided guidance on what would make the most sense for us; it was much appreciated! He went out of his way to ensure our door was replaced quickly. Would highly recommend based on our experience with Thomas and this company!

The owner, Dave Ballinger made the service call, quickly diagnosed that a broken spring caused the opener motor to burn out. I got a new garage spring and a garage door opener quickly and professionally installed at a reasonable price. in addition, the end price was exactly as quoted by Dave. It is great to meet someone helpful, knowledgeable and service oriented like Dave. I will use GarageDoors Plus again the next time I need work done.

I thought it went well. I was told many times that if there would be a problem, they would return FREE OF CHARGE. They stated there would be no charge for adjustment . Then 3 months after work, 1 of the doors worked poorly. It was winter so I struggled but didn't call them to work in freezing cold. When I did call, I was told 1) There would be an $89.00 charge to come out plus tax 2)that this was the start of COVID so this company was suffering greatly. I work in health care so weird that Samantha repeatedly stressed how hard COVIDs been on Garage doors Plus. I am shocked they have no shame but garner sympathy during pandemic and charge when it violates their contract. Also, I told her that I was amazed they would complain and her response was to hang up on me. No values, deceptive Garage Doors Plus.

Thomas and Jared were skilled, competent, kind and creative. They had ideas that were functional and explained options. They went beyond what was expected, were respectful to women, and had reasonable charges. I would highly recommend and would use them again. Dave (owner) arrived 15 minutes early and first answered any questions that I had. He then educated me on garage doors which was very informative. He was done is less than an hour! He then showed me where to lubricate and do some annual maintenance to get full performance. I then couldn't find my curved door arm that I took off. He then retrofitted an extra that he had on his truck and charged me an extra $1 for it - fantastic! Hopefully I'll find this door arm that I put somewhere in my garage so I didn't lose it - ha ha ha! It was a pain free experience, great value and a really nice guy to deal with.

Thomas was great to work with through the quoting process and helped us get exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier with our new setup!

I called Thomas and he came out on a Saturday and explained our options and how everything would be done. We ordered the custom garage door. Thomas came out two weeks later again on a Saturday. It took a few hours but he got it all done and it looks and works great! Thomas was professional and did a great job. The door and opener both work great. I wish all contractors were this professional and efficient. I called as the garage sensor wasn't working with the door openers, and they were able to be at my house in less than an hour. Thomas was professional and quickly addressed the wiring issue. He fixed that and went on to tune up the garage door and pointed out a few things for future consideration. No hard sell on anything, and he was very polite. I would recommend this company for a job well done!

Replacement went smoothly and they installed a new lock because we didn’t have keys for the old one. Now we’re able to get into the garage even if the power goes out!

I used Angie's to request a quote to 4 garage door opener installation companies. Garage Doors Plus LLC responded the first with a full quote with options for haul away etc., listed. I waited a few hours for additional quotes. 2 more came in but they were not competitive on price or the latest model. The office lady scheduled me at a convenient time. Jesse (Last Name Removed) was the mechanic who came in. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival and finished the job, and explained in detail the operation of the opener and instructions to set the car opener for the new garage opener and also to connect the Wi-Fi. He cleaned up after finishing and did an excellent job. A clear A rating for the whole experience from the quote stage to completion of the job.

The tech came to my house to replace garage door. He was scheduled to be here at 8:30. At 10:30 on that day. I got a call that he would be here in about 2 hours. He got here about 12:30-1:00 . He apologized for being late. Toke old garage door off and toke it. Put the new garage door together and put the new garage up. The only problem that I had was the fact I was called two hours after the tech was scheduled to be here.

Arrived on time. Was professional. I'm happy with the outcome.
