Description of Work: My garage door wouldn't close all the way every time so it needed an tune up. I was really happy with the service. My garage door works perfect and they threw in a garage door seal for free! Very competent and highly recommend!

I asked about replacing a gasket that goes around the garage door frame and was given price to replace (very reasonable and in one piece compared to two pieces had we done it on our own) and that was completed. Very professional, courteous, and will use when we need garage door service.

Description of Work: The garage door installed is of high quality. Due to the style of garage, a low clearance door had to be installed. This resulted in a door opening lower than the door being replaced. The door height barely clears my head but that has not resulted in any problems so far. The installation went as scheduled. The technitions were extremely professional and efficient given the fact that they had to work in a very tight space due to the existing shelving in the garage. The installation did take longer than they estimated due to the afore mentioned tight space and the type of installation. As I stated in the cost of service, there were additional charges of $190 for parts (lock, PVC stop, etc.) and service (disposal of the old door). I had initially planned to dispose of the old door myself but opted to have the technition take it. I was aware of the additional disposal charge but not the additional equipment charges until the day of installation. This is something that could have been identified up front. All in all, I'm very happy with the product as well as the installation service. One note: I was contacted by the vendor a month or so after the installation for feedback. I stated that I had no issues with the installation but I did have 2 questions 1) could they have installed the door a couple of inches higher providing additional head clearance? and 2) was there any options for the door lock? I was told they would get back to me with their answers but I have yet to hear from them. Not a big deal but it leaves you wondering about the answers.
