Description of Work: Thomas the owner came out to look at my garage door. He was very thorough and explained what was wrong with the door and what needed to be done very well. He installed the LiftMaster the same day and cleaned up after himself.

Description of Work: Tuned up the garage door to perform better, greasing, adjusting etc. Replaced the rubber channel (additional cost understood), installed new keypad (additional cost understood). $49 for programing new keypad. Thought that could have been included in the service charge. All in all they did a great job. Dave was pleasant to work with

Description of Work: He tuned up and oiled my garage door opener. He did a great job, gave me some good information and advice given the age of my garage door and the opener, and was very friendly. He didn't try to push me to purchase additional services, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend them and would use their services again.

Description of Work: Everything was great once he got to my house. I had scheduled the service for a Tuesday and when there was only 10 minutes left in the "window" of time they had given me, I called to find out when I could expect them, and it turned out that there was snafu. I was slightly annoyed that no one had contacted me about the problem and I waited for two hours for nothing, but the guy was very apologetic and rescheduled for the next day, arriving at the start of the time window, and completing the service in a timely and professional manner.
