Showed up in the window provided. I thought he might call first, so I hadn't removed our vehicles from the garage when he got here, but for what he was doing it wasn't necessary. He introduced himself and performed the work in about 5 minutes. When he was done, he showed me what he did, discussed getting a new strip across the bottom of my door and discussed replacing part of my track/rail where it was rusting. Dave was courteous and I would call him again, or recommend him to others.

They were a pleasure to work with. Bought a big deal for came out were very nice and easy to work with. they had to take out the old one and build a custom garage new one. They cleaned it all up and did a beautiful job. I would defiantly recommend them.

Provider was immediately responsive to scheduling service and arrived promptly as scheduled. He even called to inform me he was on his way and ETA. He was professional, evaluated the door mechanism and made possible suggestions for the future but did not attempt to sell any additional parts or services. He also left a sticker with the companies number next to the door's lift button in case of any problems or future needs.

Dave (owner) was very helpful in understanding why you have to lubricate things and what it does. I was able to be free with asking the costs of different things that needed to be done without feeling pushed into getting other things completed. I was really impressed with his willingness to explain everything to me. He was very responsive, prompt, and able to work with my schedule. He got right to it! I also like the fact a receipt was sent to my email for the work completed.

The job went very well. He was very honest and a nice person to work with.

Fantastic service. Called on a sunday to get a quote on a broken sprocket. A few other places quoted higher prices and couldn't help for a couple days. Dave was over in an hour, in -10 degree temperature, and fixed it at a cheaper price. Great guy, great service. Would highly recommend them for garage services. I will be using them again.

He called before arrival. Explained what was wrong and our options to fix-it taking costs into account. Completed the job. Cleaned-up. Explained our warranties and the operation of the opener and helped us program it. He was very professional.

not happy person tore off the taped info sheet for the last garage person I had and put his own on in big letters. I wanted the other one left on. Basically, all he did was give me a sales pitch for a new door. I'd call this unprofessional. Is this what happens with all of these Angie's List big deals? Are you simply drawing people in so that the provider can sell something else? I'm not happy with Angie's List and I'm not going to use these providers any longer.

Purchased as one of Angie's deals of the day and they were very responsive and we were able to quickly schedule the appointment. They were prompt and very helpful. Preformed the work as described and provided helpful advice on preventive maintenance. We will definitely use Garage Doors Plus LLC in the future and and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Thomas immediately set up an appointment for us to get the new door put on within a couple days! Thomas was very friendly and hard working in the sub zero weather. He was able to get the work done within hours. Taking the old heavy door down piece by piece. We had an old door as alluded to, the screws took extra work to remove but Thomas did efficiently with his expertise. We now feel safe with a new top of the line, light weight door that we can depend upon. Thomas was thorough about how to maintain the garage door year around by spraying it 3-in-1 garage door spray. He also insisted that we call right away if we ever have any problems or questions. His company provides excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Garage Door Plus LLC to any and everyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable and hardworking garage door contractor. We were glad to get rid of that old door that was an extremely heavy to lift eyesore having panels sagging out, with a new crisp, lightweight door that looks incredible!

The service call was originally meant to be a $39 package for maintenance. My garage door opener was 15+ years old and I had some problems with it last winter. It was determined that it needed to be replaced. It was done very efficiently. The new opener works great.

I orginaly bought a Garage Door tune up from Angies List and I knew that I had more isses than the voucher would fix, The company went out of there way to schedule a weekend appt. for me and was willing to come later into the eveing on a weekend to do the work. The gentalmen who came was very coutyious and didn't talk down at you , he gave me a no Bull S*^% overview of what was wrong and offered to fix all or part of as I see fit. In the end I felt the deal he was ginving me was more than fair and they throw in a lot of extras for no additional cost.

Service tech showed what he found, explained what should be done and gave an estimate for repairs. We okayed the repairs he recommended. He completed all the work in less than an hour. Parts and labor were $169,00. The garage door had not been looked at in years so it was time for an inspection. Tech left a detailed receipt and contact information if we had any other issues. garage door is quieter than it has been in a long time and it no longer re-opens when I try to close it.

Small address snafu caused a delay from the original scheduled time but service tech called promptly and was only 45 min delayed. We purchased the Angie List discount coupon for $39 to have our garage door serviced. It was making a loud creaking sound and figured it was time to have some routine maintenance done. Dave the technician quickly diagnosed a few of the rollers were worn out and caused the binding and creaking. He offered a very fair price to replace them while he was here while doing the rest of the maintenance. He was thorough, knowledgeable and did a good job. Our garage door is now quiet and opporats as it should. Would use their services again without hesitation.

Thomas of Garage Doors Plus, LCC came to my home prompt and ready to work. I had worked out a quote with the company a week prior and the door I chose was not in house but was shipped right away. I have an old house in South Minneapolis and when he arrived there were alot of complications with my old garage. Thomas worked through all the problems with my old door and garage situation without raising the price and had a very positive attitude. He worked for over 6 hours single handedly with out a break and would'nt eccept my help in 0 below weather and delivered a wonderful product. We are very impressed with this service and even our neighbors are complementing on the job. He even had a few people stop by durring the process for information on his work. Job Well Done! I came home from work and my garage door would not open! @#^* I called them about 6 pm and they were there shortly after that. Thomas was very polite and professional. He gave me a fair price and explained everything he was doing. My garage door is now quieter than it has ever been. :)
