Excellent service. Brian was very prompt, friendly and did a great job in replacing our garage door. To start with it was an emergency and both my cars were stuck inside the garage. To replace the garage door within 24 hours from my first call was phenomenal. Thomas was very helpful to go thru various options and helped me to upgrade, which I am glad, to insulated garage door.

Called Garage Doors Plus LLC in to look at a poorly installed garage door, they recommended an alternative solution that wouldn't result in multiple fixes that merely mending the bad install would require. New garage doors open and close without a hitch. Great job.

Very good experience with the technicians. Area of improvement: Garage Doors Plus needs to do a better job in estimating. As an expert, they should ask all relevant questions to provide estimates.

They came right out and helped me get the vehicle out of the garage. Due to my door being of unusual size, the owner had to get a few non-stock parts. He was so informative, helpful and I can't say enough about the superior service! He got the parts and came back that evening and stayed until the job was done. I would recommend them highly!

When Dave arrived for the tuneup he asked me to come take a look at the garage door. The bolts in the hinges that hold the door together had stripped and were just hanging there. He didn't feel comfortable leaving it like that so he offered to fix that for the price of the tune up deal. He was super friendly and professional and I appreciated his input and the options he gave me. I realized we would eventually need a new door so a few days later I called and scheduled an appointment to have the door replaced. They were on time and it didn't take long at all. They cleaned up the mess and hauled the old door away. Again, super friendly and knowledgeable. The new door works great and we haven't had any issues. They even replaced the lightbulbs in the garage for me which was very nice (I provided the bulbs, they did the work)!

Excellent. I could not be happier. My garage door and opener are now quiet and operating as intended. I did not realize how much the garage door really needed this maintenance. I won't wait as long next time! I also opted for a preventative springs.

It went great. Technician was on-time showed me his work and suggested I change to teflon wheels. I cannot believe how much quieter the opener is now. Which is really nice since I have a tuck under garage.
