He was nice... I wasn't watching to see what he did and I wasn't having any garage door problems... what's why I can't honestly answer quality of work since I just don't know. But he was very polite and I didn't have any concerns.

Great! The technician was kind, professional, skilled, and informative. He called me when he had a gap in his schedule to check if he could come earlier. He cleaned up after himself. I was relieved to get the garage door fixed so quickly, competently, and reasonably.

Ok but the charged more than expected and did not deduct what I had already paid for a tuneup. (Door was operational prior to them coming so they really did no tuneup. Just replacement)

It was great. He ended up selling me some other services that were kind of necessary, but what the original deal was for didn’t change. He showed up on time. He was a good dude. He did a good job. Communicated well, we sat and talked about it together, what was going in.

Went fine. Tweaked garage opener settings and lubricated springs. Advised that our springs are original to the house and might not last long. He said it was rare that he's out servicing a door as old as ours, and not there to replace it.

Appointment faster than I expected. Contacted on a Saturday and they made the fix on Sunday.

I had called a company that I previously had used and was told the service call would be considered an emergency with a $300 minimum charge. Their technician called me and said it would be a $500+call to come out to fix it. I called Garage Door LLC, the owner answered the call right away, gave me an estimate and scheduled a technician to come out within the hour. The technician, Brian, was courteous and professional. In fact, the owner called me while the technician was there because there was a slight increase in cost due to the type of garage door we had, he apologized for the increase and wanted to be sure we knew the reason. The total cost was less than 1/2 the cost of the other company!

Went very well and learned a lot about how to perform maintenance on springs and rollers. Paid additional to have rollers replaced. Very happy with services. No more closure issues!
