Description of Work: Joe was great; I walked in with about 12 knives to be sharpened, and he sharpened them while I waited. Not only was he professional and knew what he was doing, he only charges $2 per knife! WOW. I have used them at home since then, and they are like brand new!

 + -1 moreHe was friendly and polite. I appreciated the fact that he was willing to sharpen the garden tools for me, since his is mainly a cutlery business. The price was quite reasonable - less than I've paid other places, and he sharpened the tools while I waited. I highly recommend this shop!

HE USED TO BE IN A WUSTHOF TRIDENT OUTLET TO SHARPEN THEIR KNIVES, AND OFFERS GOOD DISCOUNTS ON THAT MERCHANDISE. YOU GET YOUR KNIVES SHARPENED WHILE YOU WAIT, AND SOMETIMES HE OFFERS SHARPENING FOR JUST $1 PER KNIFE. HE WILL ALSO CHAT WITH YOU TO KEEP YOU COMPANY WHILE YOU WAIT.

 + -1 moreTHIS MAN IS AN EXPERT AT KNIFE SHARPENING. I'VE HAD MY KNIVES SHARPENED ELSEWHERE, AND THIS WAS MUCH BETTER. I REALLY NOTICED THE DIFFERENCE! HE SOMETIMES RUNS SMALL ADS IN THE PAPER WITH A SPECIAL OF $1 PER KNIFE, BUT THE REGULAR PRICE IS ALSO REASONABLE. THE DAY I CAME, HE WAS VERY BUSY, SO I HAD TO LEAVE THE KNIVES FOR A FEW HOURS AND THEN COME BACK FOR THEM. OTHER TIMES HE DOES THE KNIVES WHILE YOU WAIT. THE PLACE IS KIND OF HIDDEN AWAY; CALL FOR DIRECTIONS.
