Scheduled promptly and showed up when they said they would. Cleaned up very nicely when the job was finished.

It went smooth & easy. I picked out a small company with good customer satisfaction. They came on time, and were done & gone in 45 minutes. Drain flows freely now. He charged what he estimated on the phone - $125.

Awesome. From the first phone call last week to schedule the appointment until the time they walked out the door today, they were courteous, professional, clean and quick. They also did a really good job cleaning up the little bit of sewer backup I had, beyond what I expected. Start to finish they were done in less than an hour. I didn't call around to get competitive estimates;I went strictly with Angie's List ratings and picked a local company in my neighborhood. I got very lucky. A neighborhood friend told me what he paid with Root-o-Matic and the prices were comparable.

Excellent response. They actually called and asked if they could arrive sooner than scheduled. I had the drain cleared in about 20 minutes. They were courteous and clean, and took the time to explain how to prevent future problems.

They were very prompt! We called on Sunday afternoon, and they took care of this problem Monday morning. They were also very professional and did the work at a reasonable rate.

Nice man and assistant. Small company that's been doing this for years. Worked hard at two of the drains, but said it wasn't the roots (which he could have and it would have been much more expensive.) Came the same day I called. Charged by the drain--seemed very fair to me. He checked all of them.

It was a GREAT experience. They are very friendly and efficient. It could not have been better.

MR. ERICKSON AND HIS SON WERE ON TIME, EXTREMELY POLITE, AND EFFICIENT. THEY USED A SNAKE ON THE LAUNDRY ROOM DRAIN AND CLEANED UNDER THE WASHER WITH SOAP AND WATER. EVERYTHING WAS NEAT AND CLEAN WHEN THEY LEFT. THEIR PRICE WAS REASONABLE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM AGAIN.

THE COMPANY IS VERY FRIENDLY AND FAMILY OWNED. THEY HAVE A QUICK RESPONSE AND I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES IN THE PAST .

THEY SHOWED UP WITHIN AN HOUR OF MY CALL, WERE POLITE AND INFORMATIVE AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. GENERALLY, A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FOR A VERY UNPLEASANT PROBLEM.

GOOD WORK, HOWEVER PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH COMPARED TO OTHERS. I QUESTION THE RECOMMENDATION THAT I HAVE THE SEWER LINE CLEARED YEARLY, THE ROOTS PULLED-OUT AFTER 21 MOS WERE ROUGHLY A HANDFUL. THE ROOTS WRAPPED IN NEWSPAPER WERE LEFT IN THE BASEMENT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, BUT WILL CHECK AROUND MORE FIRST.

THE PEOPLE AT ERICKSON''S ARE ALWAYS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. THEIR PRICES ARE NOT CHEAP, BUT THEY DO A GREAT JOB.

THEY ARE VERY VERY GOOD. VERY PROFESSIONAL. REASONABLE PRICING. THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND A LONG TIME.
