ERICKSON DRAIN & SEWER SERVICE

It looks like it Erickson Drain & Sewer that I used. I did find them on Angie's List. They had a special but I don't know if I went on Angie's List and got it, I think they honored it anyway. They were here in February of 2017. It was probably about $125. They did have a piece of equipment that was kind of faulty, but they managed to make it work.

Troy was hired to clean my tub drain. I did tell him that my husband in the past had used a drain cleaning product. He could not get the drain plug out but was able to snake and clean my drain. After he left i cleaned my tub and realized the Porcelite finish on the tub had been chipped by the drain. I contacted his business and was directed by his wife to send a picture so she could show Troy the damage. Troy did call me back and was immediately defensive. He indicated that he used a tarp and could have chipped the tub but said that the finish was weaken by the use of a drain cleaner. What he didn't realize is that when my husband used the drain cleaner he used a funnel and was very careful not to get the drain cleaner on the tub finish. He did offer to tear up my check and I did accept that offer. My main concern is that the chip was not pointed out while he was at my home and when he contacted me he was very angry and placed the blame on my husband and drain cleaner. Professionalism and an apology go a long way in the service industry and may have resulted in a different outcome to this situation.

Water was not draining from a basement shower, other lines were draining slowly. We placed a call in the morning, Troy was at our house at 3, arrived on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. He was tidy, cleaned up after his work. Troy was pleasant and professional. The price was very fair. We would definitely use this company again.

Showed up on time. Brought in equipment carefully and protected floors and walls. Told me exactly what he'd be doing and what the cost would be. Finished in less than an hour and cleaned up everything afterwards.

I spent maybe $110 on that service. I have had them for 3 years or so. I would recommend their promptness, honesty and I would use them again.

They've always been courteous, punctual and reasonable in cost. I would recommend them.

They've been great. We've used them lots of times whenever we've had an issue or drain clog. They usually come out the same day or next day. They take care of it, clean and done.

Troy showed up on time, did the work, cleaned everything up, and even worked on making friends with my dog! I will definitely call him when it's time for next year's service.

We had a backup on Christmas Eve a year ago, and I wanted to avoid that this year. Called Erickson hoping for an appointment in the next few days--they came within three hours. Performed the work in great fashion. We had used Erickson before, and I noted that their price only went up 10% in the last six years.

Outstanding service. They came, they unplugged the drain, they left. Very efficient, friendly and left absolutely no mess.

They were great. They came the next day after I called them. They were easy to work and answered my phone calls. They are a small company so it's very personable.

The Ericksons arrived about three hours after we called. They set up the machine, protected the area from splashes, took the drain apart and sent the snake down. This sink was retrofitted during a kitchen remodel in 1987, and necessitated a 15-18 foot horizontal run of drain pipe. We knew this would possibly cause clogging problems in the future and so have tried to be careful about what we put down that drain. This was the second time we've needed to open it.

They showed up when they said that they would. They identified the problem and did the work. They cleaned up after themselves and left. They got the work done and were gone within a half an hour. Their price was reasonable. They were really friendly people.

They did a great job. It took several tries to remove years of mineral build up. After removing some of the plug they kept working at it until it was running well. They work for an extra half hour after the drain was working to open it up fully. They did a great job. The quality of work was excellent.

I made an appointment for the service about a week or so in advance. I had asked for a call the night before to verify the appointment and it was done. Also, on the morning of the appointment, rather than just showing up early, they called to ask if they could come a little early! The work was done very well and all the mess was cleaned up and removed. One of the drains was very difficult to clean and they put in the extra time and effort to get it running smoothly. They didn't charge any extra, although the work took longer than expected. My drains haven't run this well in years!

They attempted to clear the drain by using a motorized snake to clear the line. They were unable to penetrate the clog and were reluctant to suggest another method to do so. They seem anxious to leave and did so after one hour of effort.

Prompt and polite. Mr Erickson and son were there in under 20 minutes. They cleared 75 feet of root-infested drain. They were efficient, fast, and reminded me to have the main cleaned once a year. I will call Erickson again.

Mrs. Erickson quickly returned my initial call and we made an appointment for the next morning. Later I was concerned that there might not be enough time for the job before both my husband and I had to go out, so I called back. Mrs. E was very nice about it, and changed the time to the afternoon. Mr. Erickson and son arrived on time and finished the job in 30-35 minutes. They were very pleasant and professional, and left behind no mess.

I can't say enough about these people. I had used another company last time (but they'd been bought and their prices had increased for the same work by a fair bit). I called first thing in the morning, and had an appt for early afternoon (I couldn't do it any earlier due to my schedule). They called and apologized they would be about 1/2 hr late--another job had hung them up. No problem--great that they called to let me know. They arrived and set to work. They were very efficient, yet explained things, and took care to clean up afterward. They paid great attention to detail and were very concerned about doing a good job and giving good value to their customers. I was extremely impressed and they will be my first and only call the next time I have a drain issue (note that they don't do plumbing work, only drain clearing). It's just the mother, father and son in the business--no other employees. But they've been in business 30 years and they care about what they do.

The service was exceptional. If you've ever had your sewer back-up, you know it is something that you need to deal with immediately. Erickson Sewer Service had someone out within 2 hours. The guys that worked on my house explained what they needed to do, were very efficient, and made sure they left the work area cleaner than how they found it. I would highly recommend them.
