The work went great. Communication was good. The people showed up when they said they would show up. Work was performed professionally using good quality materials, and to an estimated plan. Results met expectations. I am very satisfied with the work.

Greg and his team were great to work with. From the initial estimate, to helping decide how to handle things like keeping or removing a tree, to installing on time with a beautiful result. Every expectation he set was met or exceeded. Very well run business.

Owner was very helpful when it came to selecting a color and stamping pattern for the new concrete. He worked with the crew to ensure a high quality job. Very detail oriented. Highly recommended.

A team of 4 men worked efficiently and finished all three jobs in one day except for the flagstone cement which was postponed 1 day because of rain. Finished products had good appearance. I did have to call them after a week to remove the railing supports and tapes and complete a couple of minor details. They were obviously experienced and also pleasant.

Did not use. This is a dumb form, I didn't use them, yet I'm forced to answer questions that don't apply. FIX IT ANGIE !!!

From beginning to end, Greg Pietig was great to work with and offered good advice and ideas. Once underway, he was on site almost every morning to check on the progress. The result was a beautiful new driveway and a patio that looks like new. His workmen were competent, professional, punctual and friendly. The cost was exactly as estimated. Jason from Crosstown came and did all of the work on our sidewalk in our back yard. Jason is a very hardworking and talented young man. He was always very respectful and was always smiling. He did an outstanding job on our long sidewalk. He cleaned up the yard after he had completed his work. Jason also had young Hispanic man that helped him and he was very nice and hardworking also. Crosstown Concrete is I believe a great company to deal with and my wife and highly recommend them.

Very prompt and professional. Very clear on how they would shape the sidewalk and gave an estimate the same day. We have not decided between stone step vs a concrete but will hire them if we decide to go with concrete.

I obtained the quote from Greg Pietig in the spring but decided to delay the project until fall. Greg told me how many days it would take, what would be entailed, and what it would cost. What he told me in the spring is what he and his team delivered in the fall. A major reason for the work was that the existing driveway was not properly graded. By raising the height of the garage floor, sloped back to front, and regaradding the driveway, our drainage problems were solved. I was initially disinclined to go with the concrete bricks and was leaning toward more poured concrete. Greg asked that I visit the sites of brick driveways that he had done and strongly suggested we go with brick. We did. Greg was right. Then I was sure that I wanted all bricks to be the same color. Greg recommended otherwise, again suggesting several sites to visit. We went with bricks of several, slightly varied colors per his suggestion. Again, Greg was right. A team of seven, if memory serves, did the job. Every man on the team was a perfectionist and took pride in the work. I have seldom had occasion to recommend a contractor without any reservation. But I can say that we were 100% satisfied from start to finish. I would hire them again in a heartbeat

Greg had good ideas for saving us money, and also referred us to his nephew's company, Haley-Roberts Construction, to complete the wooden portions of our project. Greg's crew arrived on time every day and finished the work quickly. They were always pleasant to deal with and had great work ethics. They cleaned up after themselves and we've been getting lots of compliments on the work they did.

The entire crew was very efficient and from start to finish did an excellent and professional job. It was a very labor intensive job because of the terrain of the backyard, but the crew maneuvered around all of the obstacles with great skill. We are so proud of the new walls and it gives our yard a clean, updated look.

Work product went well however they continually left a mess in the neighbors lawn, left equipment in the neighbors lawn, dropped wet concrete on their grass, and trampled their lawn in the process of hauling wet concrete around from the alley to the front (instead of pouring from the front/on the street)
