Description of Work: Front door install with sidelights. We bought a front door with side lights through Home Depot! Saved tax for having Crew 2 do the install and very pleased. Shane was very professional and did an excellent job installing our door!

Description of Work: We attempted to purchase a new sliding door through Home Depot. Crew 2 is the provider that does their installs. The first issue I had was with scheduling, I asked multiple times for an evening appointment and was finally told that they could not guarantee an evening appointment and that the best they could do was to put in my request and then call the day before with the exact time and if that did not work I could try again later. | |When we did get a time that would work figured out, they came out to our house and were very professional and courteous, only problem was that the measurements they took while at the house, didn't end up on the forms they submitted to Home Depot. So prior to being able to purchase a door, we would need to go through the whole process again of having them come out to measure. | |Cancelled the job with Home Depot.

Description of Work: I bought a water heater at Home Depot and the sales rep connected me in the store with Crew2 because that company arranges for other companies to install appliances purchased at Home Depot. The Crew2 person on the phone was informative, professional, and set up the installation appointment to my satisfaction. Other than that, I had no connection with Crew2.

Description of Work: The price was for installation of 3 rooms of carpet the first in feb and the other two in march. IT was purchased thru home depot Crew 2 is their contractor who sub contract out . The crew that came the first time was eagle and they did a great job that I requested them again. Crew 2 does a great job of setting up the work and time and follows thru after to make shore we had no compaints and of course home depot really keeps an eye on their performance
