Vic was wonderful. He was very good at explaining his work and obviously loves what he does. He was right on on time, efficient, and clean. One of our fireplaces is in our basement and while it needed cleaning, he did not charge me for it as it is not really functional. I was not expecting to have the exterior screens installed, but he was very careful in explaining why they would be a good idea, and I didn't feel like he was needlessly selling me more stuff. I appreciated his inspection of the exteriors of our chimneys.

Victor returned my call promptly. He stopped by and did a complete inspection (even went up on the roof). He determined that the work we needed done (a new liner on the furnace side of the chimney) was something that was better handled by someone else. Victor was exceptional. He gave me lots of information to help me with things that may come up in the future and was incredibly professional and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely call him in the future if problems arise.

Victor was extremely knowledgeable and afforded me an opportunity when I called to ask whether or not service would be required on the chimneys in our home based on their longevity and usage. On site, he examined them and made his recommendations. He made additional suggestions for improvements without any pressure. He was honest, on time and had the work area totally cleaned up before he left. I think his work is of the utmost quality.

Victor was excellent to work with. Not only was he punctual and professional, but he took extra time to suggest a few minor repairs that I could do myself (including providing me with materials to do the repairs) and also provided input on what I should be looking for in a gas insert. VICTOR WAS VERY PLEASANT, EFFICIENT, AND CLEAN. I WAS CONCERNED THAT THE CHIMNEY CLEANING WOULD MAKE A HUGE MESS IN MY FRESHLY CLEANED HOME. HE WAS VERY TIDY AND USED A VACUUM TO TRAP ALL THE DUST. HE ALSO BROUGHT DROP CLOTHES AND ROLLED THE RUG TO PREVENT MAKING A MESS.

Victor Skelley did very good work. He gave a quote based on what he understood the problem was and set up an appointment during our conversation. Victor showed up early and after discussing the problem, went about correcting the issue in a professional manner.

Outstanding! You'd have to be crazy to use anyone other than Victor to clean your chimney. Not only did he arrive on time, but he also took the time to explain to me why I was having trouble with smoke ventilation and what I could do about it. He replaced some parts in one fireplace for no cost, and also cleaned up some smoke damage. He was extremely thorough and cleaned up after himself spotlessly.

Outstanding work. Vic educated me on airflow and how to properly use my fireplace. He also revealed that my furnace guy gave me some misinformation - I am grateful he was so helpful.

Victor is a great guy, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about chimneys. He gave me some tips on wood burning and when I should get my next cleaning. He was professional and made sure that my living room stayed clean while he worked. It only took him a half-hour since I have a smaller chimney. I would recommend him to anyone. He was running late but did call to let me know when he would arrive at my house and did show up at the revised time.

Victor was on time, very polite, efficient and informative about how to best maintain our fireplaces. He made recommendations for potential problems, best type of wood to burn and how often to clean again (every 2 cords of wood or every 3-4 years). They thoroughly cleaned up everything they worked on - no remaining soot or tracking.

Great experience. I expected to wait a long time before he could come since we waited until winter to call. Was able to schedule a time one week after calling. Arrived exactly on time. Very friendly, explained what he was doing and why and made recommendations for the future. Even though every thing was fine, he still showed me why it was in good shape, so I will know what to look for in the future. We know nothing about chimney repair and could not have done anything like this ourselves. He explained everything in terms I could understand without talking down to me. Left everything very clean. Highly recommend.

VICTOR WAS RIGHT ON TIME. HE FIRST INSPECTED MY CHIMNEYS TO SEE IF THEY REALLY NEEDED CLEANING, WHICH THEY DID. HE AND HIS PARTNER BROUGHT IN LARGE DROP CLOTHS AND VACUUMS AND OTHER EQUIPMENT. THEY FOUND AN OLD RACCOON NEST IN ONE FLUE! THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND NEAT. THEY SAID MY CHIMNEYS WERE WELL MADE. THEY LEFT NO MESS AND WERE FINISHED IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. THEY SAID THEY LOVE ANGIE'S LIST.

VICTOR WAS TIMELY, POLITE, HELPFUL AND REASONABLY PRICED. I HIRED HIM TO CLEAN MY CHIMNEY BUT HE ALSO TIGHTENED THE GLASS DOOR AND REPLACED A BOLT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. HE ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW EVERYTHING WORKS. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FRIENDS.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH AND FULL OF INFORMATION OF VALUE - EXAMPLE, HE TOLD ME THAT I DID NOT NEED ANOTHER CLEANING FOR ABOUT 3 CHORDS OF WOOD - LAST PERSON TOLD ME TO DO IT ANNUALLY. APPARENTLY MY CHIMNEY WAS RELATIVELY CLEAN. SHOWED ME A FEW THINGS WHICH WAS NICE. THEIR PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE, THEY WERE PROMPT AT CALL BACK AND SCHEDULING AND FOR WORK AND DID A GREAT JOB.

IT WAS GREAT. VICTOR WAS PUNCTUAL AND VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME HOW TO CARE FOR MINOR THINGS ON MY OWN AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN.
