The service was excellent. Vince gave evaluation of the flue and fireplace installation in general, including tips on what might be helpful in selling the house.

After they taped it they concluded that the service wasn't required. The charge was probably for the use of equipments. They not only told me that I don't need the service, but also that I shouldn't ever need the service too. They are very professional, honest and punctual. I didn't have any problems with them.

Victor came out and gave me an estimate on the work and was very thorough in explaining all the work he included in his estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I hired him on the spot after receiving his estimate. We scheduled the work for the following week (weather permitting) that same day. Victor followed up with me and let me know we needed to push out because the weather wasn't cooperating. We had this conversation three times which was always 2-3 days before he was scheduled to show up. I appreciated his follow-up and keeping me updated. Today, Victor and his assistant, Phillip, actually came and did the work. They were very efficient and professional. They completed the job in half the time they originally thought and cleaned up very well after themselves. They also helped me fix my water spiget outside my house and changed a light bulb high up with pleasure. I would HIGHLY recommend using Victor for any chimney needs. He's super!

They did the job in about an hour. The vent cap had not been installed properly and they fixed that. The price was fair for the amount of work they put in. The quality of work was really good. They did the job quickly. The repairs went well. They were on time.

We were having issues with smoke getting in the house through the water heater flue in the basement when we had a fire in the fireplace. A previous contractor had told us we had to get a new liner. When we Vic came out, he told us that we had a homemade cap on top of the chimney and it was too close to the close to the top as well. He and his assistant cleaned the chimney and he removed the cap. This solved the problem completely and we can use our fireplace again.

They were responsive when I called. They had to reschedule once, but they were willing to work with my schedule. He was quick. He finished everything in an hour. He didn't try to sell me anything else that I didn't need.

They did a real nice job cleaning it and seemed very knowledgeable. They were real thorough and they really took some time too because everything was old there. They were easy to deal with and I would definitely use them again. They just seemed like real specialists in that arena. The price was within what they quoted and they didn t charge a lot extra or anything. They seemed honest and professional and very helpful.

The cap didn't turn out to well and he came out and took it off right away. He was very professional and came in and did an efficient job. He was friendly and clean.

In the end, they left us w/the impression that they really knew what they were doing. They also reassured my wife that our fireplace was safe, which was very helpful.

The project went well. They left the space clean, however, they did leave the old chimney caps. Note that you will need to dispose of these on your own. Inside was spotless.

Victor and his assistant were wonderful. They were on time or early (my watch battery died that morning). Victor answered all of my questions about how to use the fireplace and made suggestions for improving its operation. I knew that the chimney needed work on its crown and some missing bricks. Victor shared options, gave suggestions and an estimate for those repairs. Meanwhile, his assistant swept and cleaned the chimney and fireplace. They left everything cleaner than when they had arrived.

It went really well. Victor was friendly and informative about all aspects of the fireplace that we didn't understand. We had just planned on a cleaning and inspection, as we just bought the house this summer and didn't know the status of the fireplace/chimney, and have never had one before. Victor made a few recommendations(which we took)to change things around and make it all function better.

We used them this January and then this November. He told us that as a repeat customer, since we had spent quite a bit of money on the project in January he would give us $50 off the price this time. He was very good with our children and was just very personable.

Vic was incredibly knowledgeable. He came with an assistant and explained everything he was doing. Both fireplaces were spotless when he finished, and there wasn't soot anywhere in the room or on furniture (he put up tarps). He gave a lot of tips on how to get the best use out of the fireplaces. The price was reasonable. We will definitely call him the next time we need any cleaning or have any issues with our chimneys!

They were very accommodating of our schedule. We were moving, having some remodeling done and our "time line" kept changing but the folks at Copperfield took it all in stride. Not only are they accommodating but also expert at their craft. They were very careful to keep our home clean as they tackled our very dirty fireplace. What stands out most, though, is that they discovered a small "leak" in our chimney that could have allowed an ember to escape and possibly set our house ablaze. They fixed it on the spot. We now enjoy a clean and safe fireplace.

We had a great experience with this company. I called a week ago to make the appointment and was able to take the spot of a cancellation. The office called the day before to confirm the appointment and Victor showed up right on time. The job was over in an hour and the house was clean as if they were never here. Victor is very knowledgeable and personable and we highly recommend him.
