Description of Work: Put in new water softener. Took out old unit which was original to house with improper (not to code) drain. Very happy with new unit.

Description of Work: I needed to replace the filters in my current reverse osmosis system. I discovered that the company I had used was no longer in business. I had seen Commers in the area, so I called them. They recommended a new system, since they couldn't replace the filters on my unit (which I owned). I am leasing a system from them. It has been less than a year, but so far things are going well. They are supposed to come out once a year to change filters and check the unit, which should be happening in the next couple of months.

Description of Work: A maintenance call was scheduled because water was not sufficiently softened. It was determined that the 10-12 year old exchange tank content was near end of life. Three system replacement options were discussed. We selected the mid-cost choice for capacity and value. Two hundred pounds of salt were provided at no cost. The technician was professional in manner and performance. The service |call required less than 90 minutes. We now use less salt per month and have the soft water we need.
