The estimate was for around $4000. It was fine. However, I didn't have them do the work because I just wasn't impressed with their materials and products.

Janice was prompt, professional and pleasant - my wife and I really trusted her. During our consultation she spent a good deal of time getting to know us and our needs. She actually consulted with us, not just took our order. She gave suggestions, options, etc. She then spent time assessing what was in our closet and measuring how we fold our clothes so she could make design optimal. Really felt like she was invested in the success of the project. Presented us a first draft and estimate that day. We asked her back the next week after we selected Closet Factory from the ones we interviewed. We tweaked the design with her and finalized details. Scheduled existing closet removal and install for the following week. A few days before the called to confirm times and details. The work team was on time, professional and polite. The work was done exactly as we wanted and were promised. Everyone was on punctual. They were very careful and cleaned left the work area completely clean. This was one of the easiest, best and comfortable experiences I have had with a home service or contractor. I would whole heartedly recommend them and most likely will have them come in for additional work when I am ready.

We have never had such attention to every detail in any service provided before. The flexibility and detail were perfect and the willingness of the owner to make sure everything was right exceeded our expectations.

Janice designed a wonderful closet for us. She was great when we needed to have her adjust the design. The installation was great and she did a terrific job.

Janice, the owner, came to the house and drafted plans. The closets were built at the shop and installed in a few hours by installation technicians. The whole process was on time and on budget. The installers cleaned up very well.

We had worked with Janice before. When we remodeled our basement and were dealing with organization issues, we immediately thought of her. She was great. She was flexible when we were trying to find a time to meet to discuss the project. She was attentive to our needs. The work was completed on time and exceeded our expectations.

GREAT DESIGN, BETTER THAN 3 OTHER PROPOSALS. DID A GREAT JOB IN BUILDING AND INSTALLATION. INSTILLATION WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. INSTALLERS CLEANED UP WELL. VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A CONTRACTOR, BAR NONE. THEY DID NOT WANT TO HONOR THE COUPON FROM ANGIE'S LIST. WE PAID FOR A PREMIUM PRODUCT SO WE WOULD HAVE LOTS OF CHOICES, BUT GOT NICKELED AND DIMED ALL ALONG THE WAY. THE OWNER ACTUALLY WANTED TO CHARGE US FOR THINGS LIKE KNOBS. THEY BROKE PROMISES, NEVER AGAIN!

MY LAUNDRY ROOM IS SMALL AND WASN'T VERY USER FRIENDLY UNTIL THEY PUT IN THE COUNTER TOP AND BASKETS TO STORE DIRTY OR CLEAN LAUNDRY AND AN AREA TO STORE DETERGENT. THE UNITS ALSO LOOK GREAT WITH CUSTOM BLUE TRIM ON THE WHITE. I GET GREAT COMPLIMENTS ON THE PANTRY TOO WHICH ADDS STORAGE SPACE TO THE KITCHEN MUDROOM. ORIGINAL DESIGN HAD COUNTER TOO HIGH AND THEY GRACIOUSLY CAME BACK AND LOWERED IT. I'M ALREADY THINKING OF HAVING THEM COME TO INSTALL UNITS IN OTHER AREAS OF THE HOUSE. OTHER COMPANIES HAD LESS CHOICES AND NOT AS GOOD OF A DESIGN/ORGANIZING ADVICE.

FORGETFUL, ITERATIONS REQUIRED ON DESIGN. FINAL PRODUCT SOMETHING OF A DISAPPOINTMENT - CERTAINLY NOT WORTH THE TOTAL COST. DISPUTE OVER BILL HANDLED POORLY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

LIVING IN AN OLD HOUSE WITH SLANTED CEILINGS, MY CLOSET SITUATION WAS A CHALLENGE. THE DESIGNER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WE WENT THROUGH SEVERAL DRAFTS BEFORE DECIDING ON A FINAL DESIGN. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY MADE AN ERROR IN CONSTRUCTION AND THE FIRST INSTALLATION WAS WRONG. INITIALLY I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 4-5 WEEKS FOR THEM TO COME BACK OUT, BUT AFTER I PROTESTED, THEY DID RE-DO IT IN ABOUT A WEEK. THEY''RE NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT THE FINAL RESULT IS GREAT AND I''M HAPPY.
