Description of Work: CAME OUT ON SATURDAY TO FIX BROKEN PILOT LIGHT. DETERMINED THAT FURNACE WAS IN SERIOUS NEED OF CLEANING. LEFT IT UP TO US WHETHER WE WANTED TO PAY HIGHER RATE VS. COMING BACK LATER.
