We have used Budget Exteriors for window purchase and installation two different times. Both times we were very pleased with their quality windows and quality installation. They are very professional and friendly to work with. The installers are also very professional and skilled and all of our new windows look great! The installers are very neat and leave the area completely cleaned up after their work is completed. We will use Budget Exteriors againl

When I received the phone call and asked if I was interested in any home repairs I said we were looking into getting gutters for the front of the house.I was skeptical at first since this was a phone deal and not knowing if it was a scam .We made an apt. with Budget Ext. When James T. arrived he was very pleasant,personable and not at all pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions; he was the real deal.The gutters were put up and look great. The two gentlemen that installed them were also very courteous. The big yellow sign at the end of our driveway caused more then one person to stop and look if we were selling our home. Very good advertising!

The sales team was very professional. Did a nice job explaining why and what they were looking at. Our insulation was in sorry shape so it was never in doubt we needed something. They insist both members of household are present because their goal is to get you signed up that day. A little bit of a pressure sell but by far not the worst experience. And in the end the did a great job. They don't want you getting a second opinion, but their prices are comparable all the same. Installation team was 10/10.

It went great inspection pass everything

Our experience with Budget Exteriors was a very good one . We had our insulation done through out the whole house . The people that came out to do the job were very kind and courteous . Any debris from the job was picked up and the area cleaned . We noticed a difference in the feel of the house right away and eventually noticed that our gas bill dropped and no more cold floors . We would definitely recommend Budget Exteriors for anyone who neeeds this type of work done .

In both cases the Budget Exteriors crew started when they said they would and finished sooner than they had promised. The finished product on each home was excellent and looks amazing. The detail work around doorways, windows, our deck, faucets and lights was very well done. In the two years since we had our current home resided, we've had no issues with water leakage, drafts or bugs getting inside. I consider myself pretty demanding with contractors and had Budget Exteriors not performed great the first time around, I wouldn't have called on them again.

The service was great. Tim did an excellent job. The windows were well priced. The windows are decent quality.

They came when they said they would be there and did the job effectively and and were great and the clean up. No bother to us and we are very happy with the job and the outcome , home seems warmer and cozy. Thanks Budget Exteriors

The process of contracting for the work was a discusion of needs and process of installing the furnaces. The order seemed to get lost until I called a month later; then things processed quickly and the timetable for installing moved quickly with minor delays.

Very well they informed us as each step of the process was done. Answered our questions in detail offered when we asked if we could see to let us look in the Attic. Before starting they tarped the stairs in hallway. The two of them worked very harmoniously. They informed us pictures would be sent of each step of the job. We did receive the pictures I feel they were very professional cleaned up after themselves very nicely. Would definitely have these two guys out again thank you for a job well done

All the windows came too big a mistake by the person who measured. Installers gave us two options, re-order and put it off or use the windows as is and he would re-size the openings and make them work and re-trim the to as good or better than before. A 5 hour job became two days but it was done exceptionally well and we were very pleased with the professionalism and time to make it work and keep us happy. The crew also came on a Sunday to finish up so as not to disrupt my wife's home daycare and make it inconvenient for her and them as they worked. Trim looks great and one could never tell the windows didn't originally fit! Lead crew person also was very personable and kept us informed with everything he did and how he was going to do it.

The project went very well. A licensed contractor with 2 other men came to install the door. Both doors were extremely heavy. It took all of them to get the old door out and new door in. They measured the door and space and the contractor had the necessary wood and trim to fit the door exactly right. They put the new door in and finished the trim on the inside and outside. They put extra materials around the top and bottom too. They did calking also. They put up new oak trim for us and even stained it to match the other oak trim in our house. You could tell they had a lot of experience in installing heavy glass doors. We were very pleased. The new door looked great on the inside and outside of the house. They didn't leave any mess. They were very nice and professional. The men did all of this work in approximately 2 1/2 hours. The original contractor came on June 21, 2017. The door was installed July 27, 2017. We love our new door. We are very happy with our experience with Budget Exteriors. We would hire them again.

I am leery of sales people but the rep from Budget Exteriors was funny, casual, and simply shared what they could do if we wanted it. No pressure. The team was more than willing to work with our schedule and come at at time that worked best for us. The installation guys were on time and even got done early. I felt so comfortable with them I left the dog to watch them (from his pillow) and went back to work myself. Everything was cleaned up when we got home at the end of the day like they were never there. Thanks.

The job went well. The installation was completed in one afternoon. The workers were professional and attentive. The took the time to lay tarps and cover our carpet and make sure there was no damage to the interior of the home. They also took a great deal of care in replacing the siding and trim that had to be removed to install the new windows. The installers also insulated around the windows to ensure that there would be no draft inside the walls. We are very happy with the results of the installation.

We used Budget Exteriors in the past for our new windows and did not hesitate to use them again for our attic insulation. They did a professional and thorough job. We now look forward to saving money on our energy bills. We would call Budget Exteriors again for future projects.

The whole process was EXCELENT. I have been very impressed with every facet of the window installation from the sales representative staff to the installation staff. Kudos to Budget Exteriors, Inc. I have already noticed a difference in the cooling of my home in the summer heat and I can only imagine the savings I will have during the winter heating season. The ease of cleaning the windows was very important to me and proved to be extremely fast and easy. 👍 My neighbors are complimenting me on how great the windows look. Work done promptly and professionally. Workers kept area clean, informed me of progress as project progressed and allowed me to see final product. Cleanup was thorough and completed in time specified. Not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for.

They are very cooperate, good at communication and solve problems. Get work done neat fast and good.

We were getting quotes on a new roof because the roof looked like it was in bad shape. We had Budget Exteriors out and they told us that the roof is actually in good condition. We just need to replace the skylights and fix the roof around them and have the roof cleaned. They came out and did a great job. They were professional

It was a bit of a wait from when we hired Budget until we heard from the contractor. However, once the date for the work was set up, things went well. The crew that was sent out to work on the gutters was friendly and efficient. They thoroughly cleaned out the gutters before fitting them with guards. The gutter and additional down spout added to the front of the house matches perfectly. The finished project looks great and has worked well. We no longer have water running over the end of the gutters crushing our landscaping; it is all heading through the gutters and down the down spouts and away from the house.

We were very pleased with their work. The guys were professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions, showing photos of issue or work, or pointed it out as we looked into the attic. The project was done in a few hours and the area was cleaned up quite well. It was a bit expensive but will be worth it as the upper level was cooler right away and has stayed so since. It seems like the bath fan venting repair work done should take care of the problem, but we can't confirm as it hasn't stormed sufficiently yet.

Sales staff easy to work with. Listened to my must haves which were met. Installers very professional and answered all of our questions. We have had some follow up work done due to an accident. Again sales and installer were prompt and job was done to our satisfaction.

It went very well, the workers were very professional and polite. They did a good job, and I appreciate having windows that I can wash from the inside and not have to keep going in and out. My old windows were hard to move up and down, these new windows move up and down easily and they look very nice.

The project was completed on time and as planned. The new, larger downspouts have already paid dividends with some strong thunderstorms. While the colors available were limited the ones we ordered were an exact match to the sample. The work crew was very professional and did a great job on clean up.
