The men arrived on schedule and did excellent preparation including vacuuming attic. They then installed roof vents and insulation plus all smoke detectors bringing house up to code. They took pictures of each step and sent them to me which will be a help when I sell the house. They left the house cleaner than when they began. It's been ten days and the results are amazing much easier to heat the house and even quieter. I had spray insulation combined with blown insulation. Happy home owner

We had Budget Exteriors re-insulate our attic. The sales representative met with us ahead of time. He went in the attic and took photos, then he explained the process and made sure we understood everything. When they came to do the work, they explained the process before they started. They did an excellent job of preparing for the work, covering the floor and being careful not to nick the woodwork. They encouraged me several times to look at what they were doing, and they took photos throughout the process. The job was completed in about 4 hours. They cleaned up completely afterwards. The sales rep and the workers were very congenial and pleasant. We were completely satisfied with the work.

The windows look great! The installer, Tim, was on time and did excellent work. He was very professional and answered any questions we had. When he was finished, he made sure that all debris was picked up. Some of our neighbors were curious and came over to take a look. They were so impressed that they left their names with Tim for possible future quotes and/or installs. We can't say enough good things, not only about the product, but also about the workmanship of the installer.

Very well! Workers arrived right on time and completed the job in a friendly and professional manner. We were particularly impressed with Lou. He came to our home, and explained exactly what we needed to have done in regards to insulation. He was professional and very upfront and honest with us.

The salesmen that came to our house were very honest and not pushy. They gave us their opinion, showed us the product, gave us a quote and then went outside do we could discuss in private. We were contacted soon after to set up an appointment for measurements. The door arrived sooner than we expected which was a pleasant surprise. The gentleman doing the installation was very prompt and courteous and cleaned up when he was done. We are very happy with the work performed and the quality of the door. We immediately felt the difference in the temperature in our dining room which was always a very cold, drafty room. I would definitely recommend this product and Budget Exteriors to others.

the installation went well as far as I could tell and likewise with the workmanship and cleanup. The initial sales seemed hurried for such an important decision. I wished I had more time for other quotes.

The installers showed up on time and were very polite and courteous. They informed us of what they were to do. The job was finished by there estimated time. The work area was taped off to protect the rest of the house. After they were finished everything was cleaned up and left as it was before they came. The Production Manager was very knowledge and took the time to answer all of our questions before work was even scheduled.

The work went without any problems. The crew were willing to answer any question any time we asked. Crew were knowledgeable about the product and what to expect. The floors and carpet were covered with a cloth tarp for protection. The job was done with care to our property and clean-up was excellent. Told them they could dust after vacuuming. Need humor for a relaxing atmosphere among client and working crew. CO2 and smoke detectors were updated.

The workers were very professional. If they were going to be late, they called and explained why (it was usually to stop at pick up something extra for the job). We did our windows in 3 installments. The first person to install did the trim work differently than the second. I called and they came out to make it all match to my satisfaction. The only other issue I had with the installers was the first one didn't do a good job of cleaning up the excess nails, etc. from my deck or lower roof when he finished. It didn't get cleaned up right away (i cleaned the deck myself) because winter was closing in and it had snowed. When spring came and the roof cleared, they came out and cleaned it up. Any time I've needed help, or thought something wasn't correct, they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. They are definitely not the cheapest in town, but I've learned you get what you pay for, and to do my homework. They are the first one I'll call the next time I need something done.

It actually went very well. The installers showed up about 20 minutes before I was told they would. They were very professional, explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. Everything went well and they did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. The window looks great and I am very pleased.

we received courteous and professional service from everyone involved in all of our projects. Setting up appointments was always looking at what fit our schedule the best. The work crews performed high quality work and made sure the site was clean when they finished. Any questions that we had were answered in a timely and thorough manner. We even got an inspection of the insulation for our attic and have been informed that we don't need any work done. Would definitely call Budget Exteriors again. Pleasure to work with!

Our contractor was very efficient and seemed to know just what to do. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to work in the cold temperatures those 2 days. If it wasn't for the necessary pounding and other necessary noises, I wouldn't have known that he was there. He even commented that the doors that he installed were "a little more expensive, but well worth it.". I feel that he did good work and would invite his help again sometime. The only problem that we had was that "clean up" wasn't quite and thorough or as "professional" as I or my wife might have expected. The leftover mess wasn't overly excessive, but the mess was there.

The install crew was wonderful, they were punctual, respectful, and explained each step of the process they completed. The job went really smooth and was complete much faster than I anticipated. Once they were done they cleaned up and ensured that all my questions were answered before they left.

Budget Exteriors did a great job for us. Quick turn around, on time, friendly employees, and quality work. In fact, the building inspector from our city commented on the high quality of work performed. A nice compliment to Budget and very reassuring to me.

Budget Exteriors was awesome to work with! Starting with the sales man (Lou), not pushy and very respectful. He understood my needs when it came to windows and was very easy to work with. He really knew the window products he sells and was able to answer all questions I had. I really liked the fact that they send an installer (Tim) to measure the windows and double check all measurements prior to ordering the windows for install. It really showed that they want their customers to receive a great product installed correctly, it also gives you a chance to get to know the installer before showing up for the actual install. Once those steps were completed, windows were ordered and install was scheduled very quickly. They planned on a 2 day install. I was very impressed at how quickly Tim was able to remove and install all windows and get them trimmed out on the inside in one day. The second day was planned for finishing up the wraps and caulking on the outside, due to a snow storm that wasn't able to be done. Tim gave up his Saturday to complete the job, and what a great job he did! Looks like a completely different house. Budget Exteriors is great to work with, they listen to their customers and meet or exceed their expectations! I will surely use them again in the future, for other projects!

The work was done quickly and professionally. The installers were careful with all furnishings and woodwork. The installers were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

It was done on time & a great job by Lou to start showing us what needed to be done & the molded that was growing in the attic. He took his time & showed us the problems we had & how to update. Calvin and Jesse were very professional. The work they did and the care they took with our new carpet was very much appreciated. They answered my questions and explained their work. Jesse worked with me to get the desired placement of the smoke and CO detectors where they would be most effective without being obtrusive. When I have work done on our house this is the quality individuals I want doing the work. Thanks guys!
