The workers did an excellent job and cleaned up at the end. The vinyl on the house was removed to install the foam; everything was replaced as before so you cannot tell that the work had been done.

Arrived when scheduled, jobs were done in timely manner. The gutters were from another company, but they installed them. The door was the second door we purchased and had installed. We love them! We have used this company to replace most of our windows through the years. Also installed insulation in our attic. Our house is over 100 years old, so pretty much everything was a custom size. Would highly recommend them!

Timely scheduling and promptness of salesperson. Project manager was responsive to all of my concerns, Installers were on time and incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions. Job was completed in the amount of time they said it would be. Craftsmanship was great. We are happy with our experience!

Very well. My house is only 910 ft2 --- 1 1/2 stories. The area of the attic was about 300 ft2. The workers were very efficient and yet answered all questions. Tarps were spread from the back door thru the house and up the stairs to the attic access. The old cardboard "walls" above the access were replaced by a 4-sided polystyrene box to prevent insulation from falling onto the access door. In addition, 5 layers of poly were added to the top of the access door. Because I did not get more than one estimate, I don't know if another co. would have underbid. However, because the area was so small, and they did good work, I believe I got good value. A couple discounts were offered and applied.

Sales person showed us how short we were on insulation less than 4 inches and told us that our vents were not open, he walked us through the proper procedure for the installation of the shoots to promote proper air flow and proper amount of blown in insulation needed. Up to 19 inches. The workmen doing the job were excellent, clean and efficiency completed the job in a timely manner. Budget Exteriors did an excellent job. We were pleased with their process from the quote to the finished job. We have recommended them to our neighbors and family. We were able to keep our interior trim intact and the siding as well. That had been our major concern. I watched the installation and was pleased with the attention to detail and the cleanup.

The products exceeded our expectations. The installation crew was professional, courteous,and did a great install. They cleaned up after they were done. They also asked me if the way they did some trim work was ok with me before they did it. Great crew.

The guys did a great job. On time, called ahead to let us know when they were on their way. They also checked in with me multiple times during the process. I always felt I could stop and ask them a question if needed. They showed me what they did at the end. They also did a good job of cleaning up after. No complaints, great experience!

Very well. Good communication. Good work. Tear off of old siding. Install new windows and door. Tear off all siding and replace with vinyl. Very satisfied.

Awesome! I have this attitude that when you get to know a certain company by the people who work there, trust is built. And that's how I feel about Budget Exteriors. A couple of years ago, BE put insulation in my attic. They were friendly, answered all my questions, gave me lots of information in order to comparatively shop, cleaned up the site, and followed up after completion to make sure I was happy with the job they had done and the product I had bought. So when it came time for window replacement, BE was my starting point. Ryan is my sales contact--what a character! I've really enjoyed visiting with him. And he really knows his business! I was so very happy with the first six windows and the experience I had with the installers Mike and his Dad, top-notch craftsmen, with Joanne in the office, making sure I knew exactly the "what and when" of the entire process, and Dan, the production manager with the completion follow-up, that when it came time to have four more windows replaced, I had no reason to look around for any other brand or company. The windows are beautiful, easy to maintain, eliminate outside noises and drafts, and certainly have made a difference in my heating bills over this past winter. I believe I got the best--not only the windows but the people who worked for me--TRUST!

It went just fine. They were very professional and answered any questions I had. They were prompt and cleaned up their mess. They had issues with my deck railings against the siding but consulted me on options to the problems before proceeding. They removed some railing and reattached when they were complete. I don't know the effects of the insulation yet but if good, I may need them to do the other 2 sides of the house.

The installer was exceptional. He answered questions and did a great overview. He deserves an ataboy. There was a paperwork issue that took some time to resolve. The city inspection permit was delayed for a while. It was resolved in a week.

I have had Budget Exteriors out to install windows at my home three different times (the cost of the product prohibits me from having them all installed at once) I can say that each time I have been very happy with my service. The company is good at communication and the installers are top notch. The quality of the windows I purchased are above much of what you can get at the big box stores. Also they have done wonders for my energy bills! I would recommend Budget Exteriors but know that this high quality product is priced to reflect.

Great! Very courteous and professional. I was totally comfortable having them in my home. They fully explained everything they were going to do and had no problems answering my questions. They left my house cleaner then it was when they arrived. There was no 'end of the day rush', they wanted to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction before leaving. Loved that I was able to schedule an 8pm initial service visit.

I have always been impressed with budget's quality and service. I have ordered windows from them before and will again. I'm planning to gradually replace all windows and doors with them. Their prices could seem high, but I think you get what you pay for.

Excellent! Lou did a great job assessing the problem and offering options. Sarah was very helpful with our financing questions. Patrick and Bryan did a fantastic job installing new vent chutes, adding insulation and clean up of the work area. Also, they were most accommodating and understanding of our numerous questions--all answered to our satisfaction.

Very well. The workers were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and informed us of what would be done. They took care to protect our home and cleaned up when done. Even though working in an attic is difficult and uncomfortable, they were in good humor afterwords.

Very well. The installation crew arrived on time and efficiently completed the job. The attic looked very good afterwards. Since then, we have noticed the furnace comes on less, the house is noticeably warmer and our 1st heating bill following the attic insulation was apprx $20 less than the previous month.

It went really well start to finish. We took advantage of a sale, "triple-panes for the cost of double-panes", which is a superb value. The sales people were not pushy at all. The installer was most kind, dealing with the lead-based paint very professionally, and helping to clean out areas with contamination ingress due to wood rot. The upstairs is so much more energy efficient now. We are grateful for the quality and value added to our home by Budget Exteriors. I cannot find any reason at all to give anything less than an excellent rating in every category.

Excellent the whole job went as it was described to me. Crews arrived early, dumpster& materials on time. Crew worked through rain&cold. Trim was cut &formed very nice. Very Professional.
