They completed the job in about a day, starting in the afternoon and finishing up the following day in the afternoon. They were very careful and did not damage or distroy anything while they were working and cleaned up neatly before they finished. I thought they did a good job at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone that would need simular work done.

I contacted Blaylock plumbing and was told Chad was out on a job but would call within the hour. Chad promptly called back and I went over what needed to be done. He arrived about 30 minutes later and after looking at the pipe in question detailed what he would do and an approximate price which included a required permit. After cutting the vent pipe he capped it off and cemented the hole in the floor. The whole process including cleanup and removal of the old pipe was excellant and we were very pleased, I would definitely use Blaylock again.

My daughter called and left them a message on a Sunday evening. They sent someone to her home early Monday morning who quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. My daughter was very relieved to have the problem solved so quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

We had our main sewer drain cleaned by another company. They told us that part of our drain line was missing and they knew someone who could fix it. I called that company and they said they needed to dig up the entire line to determine the damage - to the tune of at least $3000. It sounded fishy so I called around and got Blaylock's number from another company. They came out early on a weekday morning so we didn't have to be late for work. They were prompt and courteous. They scoped the line and found no problems with it and didn't charge us even though I insisted. They also gave us a number for a new main sewer drain cleaning company. Dan saved me a ton of money! I've given out his name several times and will call him in the future.

Ontime arrival for appointment, very professional and courteous. Water heater was tested for proper venting, the plumber went up to the top of the roof to check existing vent cap and determined it was not sufficient. We agreed he would find the proper cap and come back at a later date to install it. Work was completed in a timely manner. I will use Blaylock again.

Our tenant called & said the water heater in our rental was leaking. I contacted Blaylock (I had used them before for some minor work a couple of years earlier). Robin said they would have someone contact our tenant and go out to check the situation that very afternoon. She had told me what the cost would be if we had to replace the water heater, and that is what the invoice reflected. They were able to replace the water heater two days later (I was aware that they did not do emergency calls). My tenant was o.k. with the timeframe for replacement, so all was well.

They were very fast and efficient from giving us an estimate, obtaining the permit and all the necessary utility marking, and completing the job within 4 business days. They arrived by 9 am, dug two holes, replaced the line with PVC, covered the holes, inserted a camera in the sewer line to show me the difference between the inside of the old cracked pipe and new, and were finished by 1 pm. Very little disruption and the final bill was about $500 less than the estimate. We were very pleased with the service.

We didn't use the services of the provider, but only because their price was a little higher than the quote we received from the company we ended up using.

Very good service. I have used this company twice before and they are always responsive, on time, and do quality work. They removed the old faucet after confirming it needed to be replaced, and installed a better replacement faucet.

I called Blaylock Plumbing for a quote to replace the main sewer line. They (Dan and his coworker) came out before going to a different job and put a camera down the pipe to look at the condition of the pipe and also mark where the line went through the yard. From that information, Dan said that it would cost between $2500 and $2800 and would take a day to complete. He also described what they would do, dig two to three holes in the yard and put in the replacement PVC pipe. Of the three quotes I received, Blaylock Plumbing was the least expensive and the most explicit about what the job entailed. After a few scheduling delays, none of which were in Blaylocks control and I do not hold against them, Dan called 7:00 one morning and said they could do it that day. I agreed and they were there and working within a half hour. By 12:30 that afternoon they were essentially done and moving the dirt back into the holes. They needed to come into the house just once and other than that worked quickly and efficiently They left my yard as in good shape as one can expect with a backhoe being driven on it. The final bill was less than quoted and so far, so good. I highly recommend Blaylock Plumbing for this sort of service.

They were very prompt and replaced it. It was reasonable and the plumber also helped me diagnose a leak and to decide what I was going to do about my bathroom. They were very fast and very efficient. I was very pleased.

The job went very well. Nate did all the work and was responsive, showed up when scheduled and on time. He did a quality job. We have used Blaylock in the past and while their rate is a bit higher per hour, I am reminded of a quote I heard once - quality remains once price is long forgotten. They work fast and overall I end up paying less.

Chad did a fabulous job trying to figure out the bigger problem. I could tell that it was important to him to help me find the source of my drain problem and he worked hard to figure it out.

It was a pretty good experience. At first they were not very good about calling back but as it turned out there was a medical emergency happening with the service provider. He was good about replying via email and ultimately the response improved and the work was completed timely and efficiently.

Fast and friendly. It was done in less than 30 minutes.

A minor project that I'd been putting off forever. Blaylock was glad to schedule when it was convenient for me, the plumber was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. The charge included a minimum one-hour time block, which is customary with all plumbers I've hired.

Requested a bid for basement plumbing work on remodel job. Plumber came out, was very nice and professional. We decided to go with another plumber for the work.

I called Wednesday and they performed the work Thursday in 2.5 hours. Didn't get an estimate but knew their hourly rate from this site. I liked that the plumber discouraged me from doing some additional unnecessary work, which enhanced my trust in him.

Quality work. Both jobs went very well. On the dishwasher, the plumber was running late due to problems he encountered on the previous job, but they called and also updated me on progress and when to expect him which I really appreciated. A little more expensive than other plumbers in the area, but I have had a few less than steller experiences with other companies, so the old line you get what you pay for is true here. I'd rather pay $15 or so more an hour and have quality work. Also, these guys seem to work faster anyway compared to the others I have hired so in the end I likely saved money overall.

Chad showed up on time, did the work, then cleaned up when done. Invoice was exactly the price quoted at the time the work was done: time and materials.
