I'm looking for a plumber closer to my home.

The owner came out to do the free estimate and ended up identifying a better layout for the bathroom than I had originally planned. He was reasonable, and VERY flexible on how we arranged the work to help me save money. I busted up the cement floor per his instructions, for example. His crew was great - and graciously explained to me how to break cast iron pipe with the specialized tool. Not that I'd take that on in the future - after this experience I'll just call Blaylock back. They were a little over-aggressive on some notching of studs, but nothing I couldn't quickly address when I picked up the remainder of the remodel work. I am starting another bathroom project, and have already had Dick out for an estimate. And once again he suggested something no one had thought of that will greatly improve the project!

Prompt service. Work done quickly and in professional manner. Dan was able to complete the job with a less extensive excavation than originally planned. This saved money and time, as well as spared our landscaping.

We've used Blaylock a number of times over the past year, for everything from dip tube replacement to outside faucet replacement to a touchy toilet that wouldn't stop running. We've always been impressed by the quality of their work and how personable they are. One of the things that stands out for me with these guys was the time that they agreed not to charge me for a visit when they found that the missing valve an inspector found was not really missing but just overlooked, even though he had taken the time to drive out and I would have understood had he charged me. On an earlier occasion, on of the Blaylock boys had come out to our house prior to the first call of the day to help diagnose a problem. When I offered to pay him for the trip, since he took the time and had given us valuable info (even though he didn't have to do any work), his reply was, "No charge for this. Just use us when you want it fixed!?" We did, and we will continue to do so!

On time, polite and efficient. Even came back to plug outdoor drain previously needed for Air Conditioner at no extra charge.

I called on a Friday morning with a broken water heater. They had no help available until Wednesday. It was nice to get a real live person on the phone right away.

THEY CAME OUT AND FULLY EXPLAIN WHAT WOULD NEED TO BE DONE...THEY EXPLAINED IN CLEAR ENGLISH! THEY WERE HONEST ABOUT ISSUES AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE IMMEDIATELY VS. TRYING TO REDO THE ENTIRE SEWER LINE. THE CREW WAS METICULOUS...WE HAVE SEVERAL LARGE TREES THAT HAD TO BE DUG AROUND AND THEY TOOK GREAT CARE IN PRESERVING THE TREES AND ROOTS. IN ADDITION, THEY TOOK GREAT CARE WITH THE LAWN. THEIR WORK AND CLEAN UP AFTERWARD WAS EXCELLENT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU HAVE TO REPLACE YOUR SEWER LINE!

I APPRECIATED THEIR BEING FORTHRIGHT AND REFERRING ME TO A COMPANY WHO COULD SERVE MY NEEDS FOR THIS PARTICULAR JOB IN THE BEST WAYS POSSIBLE. I HAVE USED BLAYLOCK IN THE PAST (OUR HOME'S PREVIOUS OWNER REFERRED THEM) AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.

WHEN ANOTHER PLUMBER PUT IN A NEW TOILET WITH A SMALLER BASE DIAMETER, I WAS NOT PLEASED THAT I COULD SEE DISCOLORATION MATCHING THE FOOT PRINT OF THE OLD TOILET. BLAYLOCK SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED A TOILET WITH A LARGER BASE.

THERE WAS SOME DIFFICULTY WITH THE INSPECTION, BUT THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED THE PROBLEM WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST.

WE HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND DO GOOD WORK.

THEY CAME OUT WITHIN AN HOUR OF MY CALL, REVIEWED THE VIDEOTAPE OF THE DRAIN THAT THE CITY OF RICHFIELD HAD TAPED, PROVIDED ME WITH EXPERT ADVICE AND AN ESTIMATE OF THE COST. THIS WAS ON FRIDAY. ON MONDAY MORNING THEY WERE THERE TO DO THE WORK. ARRIVED PROMPTLY ON TIME. COMPLETED THE PROJECT AND KEPT ME INFORMED OF THEIR PROGRESS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF PACKING ALL THAT DIRT BACK IN AND CUTTING AND STACKING THE LARGER ROOTS THEY HAD TO PULL OUT. I HARDLY HAD TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE RE-SEEDING THE LAWN. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN...BUT HOPEFULLY WONT HAVE TO!
