AT HOME RESTORATION LLC

From my first call to the end of the project Jon was fantastic! He answered all my questions about his process. One concern he had was the health of my pets. He made sure I knew that the smell would be bad for them when applying the finish so I could put them in another part of the house. He was a perfectionist, AND he finished the job in a week. I knew my cabinets were nice cherrywood, but they had looked so bad until Jon transformed them! I will also add before and after pics below.

Jon was punctual, thorough and accurate in his work. He and I both overlooked one spot on one door, and as soon as I called him about it he came right back and finished ,with nothing but a smile! A great guy and GREAT work...my doors look as good as new.

Jon performed magic with making the deep scratch disappear and bringing out the grain of the wood. He was reliable and the result of his work is better than I expected. I would definitely use his services again.

Jon and Kevin were awesome! They were punctual, professional and clean and tidy! My furniture was completed covered; they were meticulous with taping around window frames and glass. They cleaned up at the end of each day. The woodwork now looks like it belongs to the rest of the house. They even brought back 3 windows from a light finish to a dark finish and now those windows look as if they had always been that colour. Jon is dedicated to not only making the project go smoothly, but insists on customer satisfaction and will do all he can to make sure that his customers are satisfied and that they know his process, step-by-step. They provided me a most enjoyable and wonderful experience. Jon is definitely the "woodwork whisperer"!

In a very short amount of time, he understood what we wanted to accomplish. He was also able to do the work in a very short amount of time. He was also pleasant to work with. I would recommend him to anybody.

Jon arrived on the date and time agreed upon and went straight to work. The quality of his work far exceeded all expectations. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jon to anyone in need of such work.

My dining room table had numerous marks from water glass, hot dishes, etc. The table is solid cherry. Jon did a fabulous job restoring the table. He is very knowledgeable, punctual and as far as I am concerned, does "magic" with wood. I could not be more pleased with the results.

Jon did excellent work. The furniture looks great. In fact, the chairs look better than new because he suggested a satin finish rather than gloss.

The door had already been filled with epoxy or wood putty to fill the claw marks. Then the restoration company did a remarkable job at matching the colors to conceal that any damage had ever taken place. But on some other superficial scratches that had not been previously filled you could still detect the scratches that he covered with a very close to the original doors colored stain. I just felt for such a small amount no more than 2.5 square feet of area to repair $300 seemed a bit high.

Jon from At Home Restoration arrived at the time promised. He did an incredible job repairing damage to kitchen cabinetry and tabletops. The former damaged areas are now undetectable. The front entry door looks so much better. Jon left with me some recommendations for maintaining my woodwork and simple repairs I could do myself. I would definitely hire him again.

He was excellent. He was a really nice person to have around. You never felt uncomfortable with him in the house. He recommended things to do with the cabinets that I had never thought of. They look great. We will have him back to do more work and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jon did a fabulous job. The bedroom set looks like new, he did it exactly how we wanted it. There was one piece that needed slight change and he was back within a few days to finish that part of the job. We would definitely use his services again.

Everything looks great, like brand-new. Jon provided reasonable estimates of his availability, provided clear instructions, and was pleasant. He showed up, on time, as promised, and did nice work.

Jon was great. He was timely in response to my call and the leg was repaired within two days. My dresser looks great. He was very friendly and offered suggestions for maintenance of old furniture. I would recommend him to anyone who needs furniture repaired or restored at home.

The process went very well. Jon was very responsive, came out quickly and was much more reasonably priced than the other quotes I had received. His work was masterful. My real estate agent was blown away by the work he had done on the door, you never would have known that a dog had scratched it! Highly recommended when you need wood repair done!
