I recommended them to my neighbors who also had a new system installed and are completely happy. Armor also monitors my alarm system and they have been 100% accurate. I would highly recommend them.

+ 0 moreThey were prompt and went right to work. It only took a few minutes for them to do the job. I have seen TV shows where locksmiths are called to perform simple job on simple problems and charge people a ridiculous amount of money. I was very pleased that this did not happen with Armor Security. The fix was simple and was only charged accordingly.
Description of Work: My key wouldn't turn in the lock. He sprayed something in the key hole and it worked just fine after that.

+ -1 moreArmor is an excellent company to work with. Unlike other alarm companies that we have worked with in the past, you get an actual local person on the line when you have a concern, not some call center in Asia. I will definitely continue working with this company in the future.

One of their representatives quickly brought it out and charged me only a nominal fee for the installation. It is working fine now. I've been happy with them. They are always prompt and courteous with anything I need. I would buy from the again.

He also replaced a missing screw for my front door. No extra charges were added. My locks now work marvoulsly. I would highly recommend this service.

We had to go back and forth a little bit about what system we needed initially, because they had proposed using motion sensors in the house, which would be great when there is no one around, but not so great when we are sleeping because we are night time wanderers. So we had to add some other coverage to make sure that at night we were okay when we locked ourselves in and turned on the alarm. They were very responsive and very nice. We will use them.

Description of Work: evaluate one tenant's buzzing system. found that the buzzer did not sound in the tenant's apartment. found that the main board needs replacing. May replace the board in the tenant's apartment at well. both ordered. Gave good number of options available for repair or replace system. Gave reasonable evaluation of current system as well as others available. The repairman was respectful and easy going. He helped us find the main power source including opening a door that we did not have a key for.
