I had a very good experience working with everyone at Armor. Kristen was very helpful in getting me a quote and scheduling service. Great communication throughout the process, They were able to get a tech out in just two days, and he was able to quickly resolve and repair the problem. And when I encountered a problem with the bill being higher than quoted, they promptly looked into the matter and issued me a refund for the overcharge. Very friendly, professional and responsive throughout the entire process. Would definitely use them again

The service was excellent. They guy was great and very knowledgeable. He worked a while adjusting the strike plates, which had nothing to do with changing the locks. It was wonderful. He was very cordial, and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend them at all. I thought the price was reasonable.

I really like Armor. I had not used them for years but they are as good as I remember. I trust them and they do solid work. Their keys work like butter and the prices are actually quite good. I even drove to their place to get an extra key I had ordered but they'd forget to print it. I got a fine apology and they comp'd the key. Yes a mistake but I got over it because their attitude and intention was good. Genuine Customer Service.

I thought the person I talked to for setting up appointment and advising me on which discount to purchase from Angie's List was fabulous. Locksmith came at the time specified and he was very nice. I know he worked quite a bit on my door out to the garage but I have never had such a hard time locking and unlocking a door. It is starting to loosen up and it is becoming easier now but I have had my locks changed quite a few times in the past and never had this problem. I am also critical of myself for not calling them back right away but we were to go out of town the next day and our schedules have been so busy up until now.

The locksmith who visited me delivers great service. He made a recommendation for greater security - replaced a double sided lock with a flip deadbolt to prevent accidental lockouts. He had replacement parts on hand for a stripped cylinder. Re-keys were fast and efficient. He made sure I received good value for the Angie's List deal that I purchased.

He was so professional and so fantastic. Very clearly explained everything to me and took his time. He was respectful of my time and my space and he was just wonderful. He got the job done right. Our home is much more secure now that he has done this work.

We bought the AngiesList coupon/deal to rekey two locks in our new home. The company was very helpful answering our questions ahead of time and quickly scheduled a time that fit our schedule. The person who did the work showed up on time, worked quickly and delivered exactly what we needed. Overall it was a great experience.

At the time of my call, they advised me that was outside of their work because of the type of door I had. They provided me with some simple ideas that would secure it for now because I didn't want to spend a lot of money. They really tried to help me and I appreciated that.

I was pleasantly surprised. The communication was excellent leading up to setting the appointment as well as notification prior to arrival. The technician was highly skilled and all services were performed on-time, to my level of expectation and within the expense expectations.

Everything went beautifully from start to finish. I called the provider to schedule after purchasing the deal. They were available on the date I wanted them, which was about a week out from my call. During the call, the tech asked good questions that allowed him to estimate the size of the job, and we agreed that we would let the tech review the job and give us a quote onsite. We purchased a 1950s era home with mostly original hardware. We needed something like 6 locks rekeyed, between handles and deadbolts. We needed to replace two deadbolts and three handles that had broken springs, etc. At each step, our technician Dash disassembled the hardware, showed me issues, gave advice, and asked how I wanted to proceed. The total job took nearly 8 hours across two days. On day one he replaced a rekeyed everything he could, and on day two he brought out new handles and parts. He could have completed the job all the same day, but we were in no rush because we were having other work done on the home, so splitting the job across days was no inconvenience for us. Dash was friendly and personable, and a hard worker. We had a number of tradesmen in and out of the house while he worked, so we were juggling vehicles and even the doors people were moving in and out of. Dash was good natured and took it all in stride. We appreciated his work and would recommend the company to anyone.

It went great. My house is 115 years old, so special parts are hard to come by. The locksmith was thorough and knowledgeable.

I called them in the morning, and and asked if someone could come out that day. I was very appreciative that they were able to send someone out to do the work that afternoon. Dash was the technician. He was polite, professional, and had a very nice sense of humor. He made sure he understood what needed to be done, and efficiently completed the work. I would definitely use Armor Security.

Service provider was great and came all the way out to Blaine to rekey our front door. Even smoothed out the doorway so that it locks easily instead of us having to push and jiggle the lock. They also helped me choose which Angie's List deal to purchase to get more bang for my buck.

The technician, Dash Schaar, opened the safe in a couple of minutes. It turned out that there was nothing wrong with the lock itself, but an item in the safe stopped the mechanism from working. Because of all this Mr Schaar said I didn't have to pay a penny. That is what I call professionalism, and excellent customer service. A+++ Thank you. Gunnar Thander
