My husband and I recently bought a house in south Minneapolis, and we purchased an Angie's List deal to get the locks re-keyed on the front and back doors. Everything was very easy - the service was scheduled with one quick phone call, the technician showed up on time, and it only took about 30 minutes for him to remove, re-key, and re-install the two locks. The technician even re-keyed the antique deadbolt on our back door. I might have been able to find a better price if I had shopped around, but we were very happy with the service and would definitely use Armor Security again.

It went great. Received a call to schedule very promptly. The tech that came on day of service was prompt and very courteous. Went above and beyond all expectations.

They were available to come out within a couple days of contact. They called 30 minutes prior to our scheduled time to say the service person was on an emergency call that would make him late. I appreciated that early warning, and chose to have them come out as soon as they were able. Dash arrived a couple hours later, after confirming I was home. He was very professional, and had good advice regarding our old locks. He performed the re-keying service I had called them out for, but also left me well set-up for when we eventually refinish and replace the locks. I would definitely have them come back based on this experience.

They did a great job changing my locks. They also helped me last summer when I got locked out of a house where I was dog-sitting. I was in a panic and was calling a number of companies when they said they could help. I really appreciated their prompt and excellent service! Highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly and explained everything he was doing in detail. He took the key code for the metal desk and coordinated with a staff at the shop to make the key and arranged for it to be sent in another van through another field staff. They could have easily mailed the key so I consider this act as going beyond the call of duty.

Dale from Armor and his trainee, Yohan arrived as scheduled. Very professional. We had about a 15 minute consultation and a game plan was set in place. They completed work in a timely manner and kept me informed on progress and any issues or concerns that came up. Dale was very knowledgeable about the business and all the different product lines. Yohan, the trainee represented Armor Security very well.
