Description of Work: We had a broken thumb trigger on our front door. Armor was unable to fix, so we went with a whole new deadbolt and handle. He did not have both pieces in the finish I wanted, so he was able to find it in the city, went and picked it up, and returned within an hour, when I was expecting a couple of days turnaround. Top notch service, would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Rekeyed two locks. The locksmith was very informative, explained the process, and appraised a couple |other doors and told me what to get at the hardware store before my next service call so i can save time and money when he comes back to install the new locks on these two other doors.

Description of Work: told me he was sorry but they could not service my marvin door lock system. I asked for refund of the pre-paid $75. (via Angie's List) and was told that I would have to seek that refund from Angie's List. I reported to Angie's list and never received refund, nor any follow-up. Dissappointed. I've always used Angie's list. Moral of the story? Don't use prepay option as there's no guarantee the chosen vendor can actually handle your specific need.
