I do appreciate all the calls customers are making to obtain what they deem good service based on reports of work performed. I wish I could personally return every call to every person who has a question, a comment, wants information on how to repair their appliance themselves or wants a service performed. It is not possible. My business has been founded on personal one on one customer service. A secretary would not be able to answer technical questions about service which is important to many customers who call. There are pros and cons of being specialized. (1.) You are very busy. (2.) As much as you may like to you cannot help everyone in a timely fashion. In regard to ratings based on phone calls not returned, In my view several issues have to be considered, (1.) Did we return the customers call but customer did not receive it, (2.) Did customer reach the correct company (I have had many customers call and ask, "were you the company I called for an appointment"). (3.) Since customers are calling to get service from 30+ year specialist, it is reasonable to expect he will be busy. (4.) I do not wish for anyone with a service emergency to delay service, My old customers know I will get back to them if they leave a clear identifying message. Again, I thank the thousands of you who I have worked together with and we have enjoyed a pleasant business experience. Small Note. If any are already unhappy about their past experiences with service companies and are in a combative or irritable mood, it is O.K. if you do not call Absolutely Guaranteed. To me- ANGIE'S IS A FRIENDLY PLACE WHERE I TRY HARD TO UNDERSTAND THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF MY CUSTOMERS, MY CUSTOMERS DO THE SAME, THAT HAS BEEN 99.9% MY EXPERIENCE. IF YOU ARE DETERMINED TO CONTACT ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEED WHEN IT IS BUSY, UNFORTUNATELY IT MAY REQUIRE A BIT OF PERSISTENCE. OTHERWISE PLEASE, USE YOUR OPTIONS. THANK YOU.
