Description of Work: The service men called ahead, arrived promptly and were very efficient. I had ordered the cleaning of my dryer vent and deodrizing and checking the washer. My washer had been acting up due to a red cord that had wrapped around the agitator. They diagnosed and corrected the problem. They then cleaned all the surfaces of washer and dryer including remove all the junk on the dryer. for go measure they turned on the outside water. I had a call in for appliance repair but cancelled because AGAR had fixed the problem. Who could ask for more!

Description of Work: I left a voicemail message for this company per the instructions to do so on Sunday over the Memorial Day holiday weekend. I needed someone to come out to take a look at my washer for a leakage issue. Did not hear back on Monday--okay, it's a holiday. Did not hear back on Tuesday--not so okay. Did not hear back on Wednesday, two full business days later--completely unacceptable. I won't do business with a company that does not respond to a call for services.

Description of Work: Our range top was working, but the oven wasn't. Apparently there was a problem with a fuse or circuit in the oven. Al was punctual about returning my phone call about oven repair. We set up and appointment and he was considerate enough to call and let me know when he was on his way during our two hour window. He was quick to get to work and was very pleasant while trying to determine what the issue was. Al got my oven working again and then informed me about a few other issues I may want to have my husband take a look at. He even offered to tell us how to fix these problems ourselves should they become an issue in the future (as opposed to offering to come and repair them himself at a cost). Would definitely call Absolutely Guarateed again for services.

Description of Work: Al called me back after an hour of calling him. He came out the same day. We needed our washing machine fixed. It was so great that he came out right away. We had a lot of laundry to do so it made a huge difference. Al is very nice and we have used him many times. We will use him again when something breaks down. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I see on Angie's that other members have had similar experiences with them. If you need service help, dont bother calling Guaranteed - they obvioulsly dont seem to guarantee that they will return your phone call !

Description of Work: I HIRED AL BECAUSE MY DISHWASHER WASN''T DRAINING. HE QUICKLY FIGURED OUT THAT THE FRIEND WHO HAD RECENTLY INSTALLED A NEW GARBAGE DISPOSAL FOR ME HAD FAILED TO TAKE OUT A DRAIN PLUG THUS PREVENTING MY DISHWASHER FROM DRAINING. MR. LIGONS TOOK CARE OF IT AND CHARGED JUST THE SERVICE CALL FEE.

Description of Work: MICE HAD MADE A HOME IN THE INSULATION IN MY OVEN (YUCK!). AL REPLACED THE INSULATION AND HELPED TO CLEAN OUT ANY EVIDENCE THAT THEY HAD BEEN THERE.
