AL WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE ANSWERED HIS OWN PHONE (UNLIKE MOST OTHERS THAT HAVE AN ANSWERING SERVICE DO IT), AND HE WAS ABLE TO HELP US OUT QUICKER THAN WE THOUGHT POSSIBLE.
Description of Work: GAS DRYER STOPPED HEATING MONDAY. NOT KNOWING WHERE TO BEGIN MY SEARCH FOR A REPAIRMAN, I REMEMBERED SEEING AN AD FOR ANGIE'S LIST IN A LOCAL MAGAZINE. I JOINED, FOUND ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEED, CALLED AL, AND HE WAS OUT WITHIN TWO HOURS. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, AND DIAGNOSED AND FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. WE DEBATED JUST REPLACING THE DRYER BECAUSE IT WAS OLDER, BUT HE SAID THE HEATING ELEMENT IS KNOWN TO GO BAD OVER TIME, AND HE HAS FIXED THEM FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE PAST WITH SITUATIONS SIMILAR TO OURS.
