Mark and Shane arrived on time. They were polite, very professional and great to work with. We have a huge house that we're cleaning out, and they worked the whole Saturday cleaning out 3 trucks worth. They thought it was only going to be a few hours, but when they found out that it was a larger job than expected, the manager moved other teams to cover their later appointments. They came out with a larger crew on Tuesday and hauled more items. I'll have them back out for more work later. We couldn't have done it without them. We were really impressed!

I can't say enough good things about them. They did an excellent job of removing the items and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Derrick and Bryant arrived at our house. They were friendly and courteous. They both came in and asked to view all the items that we wanted hauled away. They checked out all the items and then gave us an estimate before they started. They hauled out the huge sofa sleeper without knocking anything off of the walls, or damaging anything! They were brilliant! They took the bed frame, picnic table, and metal swing. They were quick, precise, and gentle while removing all of the items from inside of the house and outside of the house.

Perfect from start to finish. I called the 1-800-GOT-JUNK number and they hooked me up with someone local. That person was able to come out the SAME day to get rid of my junk. There was no extra charge for how heavy the items were. Great guys, courteous and professional. We couldn't believe how easy it all was. The company even sent a thank-you note later.

I scheduled on-line for same day service on their excellent website. Two men came on time, gave an estimate first before hauling, hauled junk from side of garage, side of house, front of house. Also hauled an old workbench up from basement. Clean truck, uniformed workers, clear estimate with no surprises, easy scheduling, prompt, and they will haul from wherever the junk is, so you don't have to handle heavy stuff. It was expensive but worth it.

They came the same day I called, gave an estimate and completed the job within approximately two hours. They were courteous, hard working and thorough. Because the logs were larger in diameter than they were authorized to remove, the workmen called their supervisor/owner, who authorized the exception.

Checked their website and then called them to find out how there service worked. Booked a 2-hour pickup window on-line. They called fifteen minutes before the scheduled time and showed up at the start of the two hour window. They gave me a price after looking at the mountain of junk. I accepted their bid and had them go ahead and load it up - took them about 15 minutes. They wrote up the bill and I paid them using their Angie's list coupon and my credit card. The two young men were neatly uniformed, very courteous. An altogether pleasant experience. I plan to use them again when we start work on some remodeling we are going to do.

This is a great service. A bit expensive, but worth it. We were able to schedule a pick up within a week. They were punctual, hard working and professional. The hauled some very heavy pieces up from the basement. Would absolutely call them again.

Easy to schedule online by booking a two hour time slot. They called in advance the day of the pickup to let me know approximately when they would arrive. They were right on schedule. The junk from my garage was quickly loaded into the truck and they even swept out the garage.

Great experience. Called to see if they could come a few minutes early. Had a difficult time with the trailer so they called in another crew at no extra charge. Very easy to deal with, just point at what you want taken away and they take care of everything. No need to have everything in one location. A little expensive but well worth the money to have someone else do all the work. Make sure you tell the crew you have a discount from Angie's list.

There was some confusion about the pickup time (they were running early). They wanted to reschedule, but once I explained that is was difficult for me to change the time, they agreed to the original time. They were fast, friendly and affordable. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall this was a good experience. Workers arrived on time and were very careful when moving the furniture through the tight stairwell. There was no damage to the stairway's wood paneling and railing. Workers were polite and worked quickly. I would call them again.

I was surprised by the actual cost which was over $100.00 more than estimate given on the phone. It was primarily furniture which might have bee recycled. They also could not fit two items from the call info on the truck. I would ask more questions and get another quote before calling this one again.

This is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. I scheduled the pick-up online (you can choose a two-hour time frame). They called me at the beginning of the two-hour time frame and told me when they expected to arrive. They were professionally dressed and very polite. They picked up every last piece of wood from the wall and swept the driveway. If I ever need hauling services again, they'll be my first call.

Very professional organization. Called one day and was able to make an appointment for the next day at exactly when I wanted them to come. They called to verify the time and offered to come early. They then called about 30 minutes ahead to tell us the exact time they would arrive. They reviewed all of our materials and told us what they couldn't take (based on state law), what items would require an additional disposal fee (TV and microwave), how they dispose of the items and the maximum fee based on the estimated space the items will take in their truck. It took less than 30 minutes to load their truck and they swept up before leaving. The fee was exactly as estimated less the $20 discount for the Angie's list coupon. They were very professional and friendly.

The process of making the appointment online was easy and efficient. The workers were polite and prompt. They had a minor delay in arriving due to the traffic but called ahead of time to let me know and to verify if it was still a convenient time for them to come to my home. They gave me quote once I told them what needed to be hauled away. They took care of the moving and lifting of the items I wanted hauled away, and they removed them from the various locations within my home/garage. I would recommend them to anyone and will hire them again in the future.

They were timely, called ahead, and were very professional. The price was very affordable for the work they had to go through to get the wood burning stove out of the basement.

Very courteous, prompt, and efficient. They hauled away our junk and even rescheduled when we needed them to. They called us for a reminder the day before. When they were worried that they may not be here on time, they called ahead to let us know. They were not actually late, but it was great that they don't make you wait for a 4-hour window for them to arrive like some other contractors do.
