I could not be more pleased with the service I received. The process was painless - I chose a convenient time on their website, they arrived on time and quickly gave me an accurate estimate. I pointed at the pieces I wanted to go and they carried everything out. The process took less than an hour.

They had a variety of times, and it was easy to setup an appt. They called me 30 minutes before arriving as stated. Gave me an estimate beforehand, and then went to work. Took about 30 minutes to fill up 2/3 of the truck. Very polite and friendly. More expensive, but worth it, since you don't have to do anything, and its fast.

The company's web site is excellent and addressed all my questions. On-line scheduling is very easy and flexible, with same-day appointments often available. The day of my appointment, the truck arrived within the two-hour appointment window. The drivers were friendly and polite. They assessed the items I wanted removed and gave me an estimate, which I agreed to. They began working immediately, worked quickly and removed everything from where it was located in three areas of the house. I did not have to move anything. The final price was $50 less than the original quote, but I feel the company's prices are a bit high. My only complaints with the service are that a door was scratched and no "sweeping up" was done in the areas from where the junk was removed, as advertised on the company's web site.

really great. kept in touch by phone to tell me when they would be arriving, really fast and friendly. area was very dirty, and the 3-person crew was very helpful. they couldn't take my old paint cans, but told me how to handle them. nearly filled a dump truck in about an hour.

They did a good job. It was a little pricey because they had to charge a flat load, but they got rid of it.

I believe I called 1-800-GOT-JUNK about a week before I scheduled them to come and give me an estimate for removing a pile of 16 combination storms/screens. The gentleman to whom I spoke was very professional, polite, and accomodating. I scheduled them for Friday, July 3l, between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. when they would come to my property, assess the trash and give me an estimate. They called in the morning to let me know they were still onboard and said they would call just prior to arrival, which they did. Two very professional, clean, nicely dressed (great uniforms!) arrived in what can only be described as a very handsome little dump truck, clean and nicely painted. They looked at the windows and gave me an estimate between 1/6 and 1/4 of a fill and I told them to go ahead. I quite believed the load would be at the small end given that it was just 16 window frames, much of the glass gone. However, I am on oxygen 24/7 and cannot and am physically unable to do even the smallest exercise. Thus, I was unable to see for myself how much space was taken up by the windows. I had only only their honesty to go on and I like to think they were. The job was over and done in roughly 1/2 hour, nicely raked and cleaned up afterward and the site looks great. They come prepared with credit card equipment, papers were quickly and efficiently completed, and they were on their way. I'm told that the $200 fee is probably not excessive and I accept that. All in all, this was a perfect experience for me, the homeowner who needed a service, and who got an excellent job done by professionals.

I reserved online. As stated, they called about a half-hour before arrival. They made a final estimate (based on how full their truck would be) and were told to get started. It took about 45 minutes to load. They swept up after themselves and left the garage clean. The final cost was under the prior estimate. I couldn't ask for better service. They do want to sort out metal and non-metal junk but they do it as they are loading.

The online scheduling was easy and intuitive to do and made life SO MUCH EASIER than constant phone tag or waiting on hold that you find with so many companies. They called when they were on their way, showed up on time, did the job. Very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Price was dependant on volume. They got to our house, eyeballed our stuff and gave us a price. It seemed in the ballpark. They packed it up and took it away. They were prompt and easy to work with.

They are extremely polite and they are very prompt. They don't want to make me do a thing. I just point and they do it. They are so reasonable. They don't charge by the hour. They just charge by what is loaded. They are very fair. They charged me for a half truck once and it seemed to be pretty full.

I called 1-800-Junk after researching them on Angie's list and viewing their website (it is hard to find the prices, but they are there). I had a rough idea what it would cost to remove some old desks, office panels, and misc materials. They set up a time convenient for me; called when they were ready to come over and gave us an estimate. The estimate was a little lower than my estimate and the final price was closer to my estimate than theirs. We had taken all the debris outside so it was ready to load (our choice to do that). The crew was professional and worked quickly.

Great. They came within a couple of days from my call. They were on time and very professional. I didn't have the stuff separated from the things I wanted to keep. They were good about checking and taking only what I wanted them to. They did all the loading and it went very quickly. The original estimate was higher than the actual cost because it took less space than estimated.

The work that was performed was fine-I have no problem. But I would probably not go back to this company because of the high level of frustration on trying to understand how they price their service. If they gave a "per cubic yard" cost or gave an indication of the size of the truck (on the web page-you can check what a number of different fractions of a truck load look like-but no indication of cubic size of the truck and no indication of cubic size of a pile to stuff). I have another junk hauling job that needs to be done (at a different location) and I have already received a quote on a dumpster. The only thing I would consider doing is calling 1-800-Got-Junk and have them come out for an estimate and then send them away. I know based on the dumpster pricing and the amount of stuff-they will be much higher than getting a dumpster. But it would give me an indication to try to figure out their secretive pricing. In the world of sales-the person selling something should have a goal of taking pain out of a prospective customer's life. In one sense they took the pain out of having a pile of junk in my front yard. In another sense they inserted a lot of pain into my life by not being able to give me any information on how they priced anything until they were at my home.

No problems! They came on time, helped me with the items I needed them to take but couldn't reach myself, and were on time and moved everything quickly.

They were very prompt, very courteous and flexible. They were were good about not leaving any kind of a mess. The were great to work with.

I called just before noon and less than 4 hours later Derrick and Bryant were here to collect the items. Our main problem was disposing of an old basketball hoop but they made light work of it. What a great service!

The experience was excellent. They loaded all the debris and everything, I didn't have to touch anything. They backed right up to the garage and did the job.

I'm not very satisfied. I called to ask questions about how the service worked and ended up booking by phone. I mentioned in the phone call that I wanted to book on-line because I could get a $10.00 coupon. The man told me not to worry, that he would send me two emails, one an order confirmation and one the $10.00 off coupon. I received neither. During the phone call I was told that I would get an exact price at the time that they eyeballed my junk, and was told that they would call me 15 minutes before my promised 2-hour time frame to tell me at what approximate time they would arrive. After I described what was to be removed, I was told it would take about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. My appointment was set up from 1:00 - 3:00. Well, I called about 12:00 to confirm that they had my cell phone number as I was not at the residence, and I was assured that they had the correct number to call me. No call ever came. At about 2:15 I called them and they told me I would get a call back soon. They did call back in about 15 minutes and told me that they would arrive in about 15 minutes, so I left where I was and met them at my apartment. They came with a truck smaller than I expected and it was already half full and not neatly packed in. They came upstairs and looked at what I had and said, "Well, it's at least 1/2 load, maybe 5/8" -- they couldn't give me an exact estimate. I had also been told that I wouldn't need everything boxed up, that they would be glad to remove things from the cupboards, etc. However, when the men were there, they seemed stymied by the fact that I had no boxes or bags to put all the odds and ends in. They were very slow about everything they did, and spent time looking at my things, and asking, "Are you sure you want to get rid of this?" and, "Oh, what's this? Maybe I would like it" and and repeated conversations and discussions about my stuff. I wouldn't have minded if they kept working while doing so, but they were not in any hurry. A lot of the time was spent having to rearrange everything they already had in the truck to fit my stuff in. They ended up taking three hours.

It went quite well. There was sometimes they did not have enough man power but they came back the next day with more help. They are true to their word about what time they will be here.

Excellent. Made an appointment online, they called to confirm, and the day of the appointment they called and said they could come early. They arrived with a half full truck, so they put some of my stuff in, empties the truck, and had to come back. They worked hard. The best part is they did what they said they would do. Arrived on time, charged what they said they would charge, and were courteous and efficient.

I booked this job online which was incredibly easy; great website. The afternoon before the job, I received a phone call to confirm my appointment. On the day of the job, the crew called to say they were running a little early and asked if it would be ok to come earlier. When they arrived they looked at the job and gave me an estimate and made sure I understood the pricing. They filled an entire truck in less than an hour. They swept up the basement floor after finishing. The actual cost was less than their estimate. The three gentlemen doing this job were friendly, hardworking, and professional. This was a great experience. It was really amazing what a great job they did. They got rid of a lifetime's worth of junk in an hour. I would definitely hire them again and will recommend them to friends
