They called in the morning to say when they would arrive and arrived on time. Told me what the cost would be before they started. Hauled junk up from basement and loaded it on their truck, all I had to do was watch. Driver and helper were fast, professional, and friendly. Good job. Will definitely use again.

Great service. Two hours from placing the call to pick up. Courteous services from first contact though pickup. Calling on a holiday weekend and being able to get services was wonderful.

These guys are as GOOD AS EVERYONE SAYS!!! Right after I submited my request for an appointment I received a phone call to confirm the details of the job and since I have a steep driveway we also discussed the challenges of the team getting the truck up the hill. The team was there when I arrived home from work, they were pleasant polite young men. I felt 100% safe and comfortable with the guys being in my home. They got right to work and even pet my French Bulldog who ran up to greet them. It was about 15 degrees outside and when the guys totalled my bill I remembered I had a coupon- they waited for me to find it - and when I couldn't find it they gave me the benefit of the doubt :) I highly recommend this company

They called during the pre-arranged time frame to let me know they could come early which was fine. When they got there, we walked around the back yard and I showed them all the various items that needed to go (actually much more than one truckload) - but told them which was the most important. The two gentlemen immediately went to work and got everyhthing loaded that I had told them was a priority, including a couple of old TV's and other electronic equipment which was sitting in the garage.

Overall is was a very easy process...fair pricing..fast work. Will use them again if I need junk removed.

I talked to them a couple of times and they did a great job. I would have enough stuff by the end of the summer that I would want them to come and get it as I want to get rid of it. They moved quickly, got things done and were out of here. I did not know that there were some things that they could not take but they carefully divided out paint, old weed spray and chemicals. They told me how to get rid of them but they could not do it which was fine. I thought that it was fair enough as there were regulations. I thought that they were good. I would really like to pay a little less to have stuff haul away but I thought that it was probably fair. They were half an hour late but they called me two hours in advance and told me that something was taking them a little longer. I thought that it was very nice rather than leaving me waiting.

The service was fantastic. It took two young men approx 30 minutes to do what would have taken me more than a day. They gave me an honest price quote, completed the work professionally and even swept out my garage when they were finished. Trust me they will be back when I clean out my basement. That is the beauty of paying for the amount of junk you have rather than renting a roll-off or dumpster (that and not having to do any of the work!!). THANK GOD FOR 1-800-GOT-JUNK!!!!

They were very prompt. They called us before they came. They hauled everything away and they even swept up the garage. It was the first time I had them out. It was a very good experience with them.

I logged onto their website at 10AM, scheduled for a 3:30 - 5:30 slot. They called me at 3:15 to tell me that 4:30 would be their actual arrival time. When they arrived, I showed them the stuff. They gave me the estimate, and were very friendly. I approved it, and went inside to find my Angie's list coupon. I returned about 5 minutes later, they had already loaded it all up. I was very impressed, and the cost wasn't much more than it would have cost me to drive it to the dump. Highly recommended!

I scheduled my appointment by phone and the person on the phone was very courteous. I called on a Tuesday and was able to set an appointment for that Saturday. I received a reminder call on Thursday. That morning, the two young men who were coming to our house called 30 minutes ahead of time to let us know they were coming, just like they said they would. The young men were very courteous, polite, and professional. They gave us an estimate and explained all the fees. They moved everything out and were gone in less than 30 minutes. I especially like the fact that they will try to repair the broken lawnmower and resell it. I'd definitely call them again.

I can't begin to tell you how well this went. I have lived in this townhouse for 35 years and have obtained a lot of things I no longer wanted. Someone called me last night to confirm my appt. which I was able to make on-line. The team of Andrew and Connor were right on time calling me 15 mins. before they came which allowed me to move my car. I have a cat which I was going to confine in a bedroom, I was not able to find him for the first 30 mins. of their task and they were on the lookout for him so that he didn't get out. They had problems removing a loveseat that I had in my den and had to remove a door to get it out. They were very professional and friendly and always asked if they weren't sure if an item was to be removed. They even pointed out two suitcases in the garage, hanging from the ceiling which I hadn't thought about. They also swept out my garage and the mess was not theirs. As I am doing other things in the house I don't have a replacement love-seat, they moved a chair from my living room upon my request, as I spend most of my time in the den. They even showed an interest in seeing some of my hobby which is counted cross stitch.

They arrived on time, loaded the truck with the items I needed hauled away. This took about 1/2 hour. They were professional and clean. This is my second time using them and the first time was the same experience, only I had more items for them to haul away. I would use them again.

They showed up on time and removed the refrigerator without causing any damage to the plaster on the stairs (it was a tight squeeze). They also offered to take some extra scraps that we had piled in the garage at no extra cost.

Excellent. I figured it would take 3 to 4 hours for them to complete the job. Two young men were finished in one hour and fifteen minutes. They were very courteous and efficient. They literally ran up the steps and hill to the truck. Utmost professionalism.

We spent about $180 for their service. The freezer was left by the previous owners. It had 10 gallons of dirty water; it was disgusting. We really liked the fact that the guys that came out were very courteous. We didn’t like their prices, though. We would consider using this company again in the future.

It went very smoothly. I had all items in my garage and driveway. They give an estimate on the spot, load up the truck with you items, you pay and you are done. The bill never varied much from the estimate and they always give a not to exceed number. Am planning to use again to help a friend in their move.
