The only problem we had was the vague quotes & getting a price.

As a woman, I felt like I had to advocate that I was the homeowner (not my boyfriend) and the person with whom my installer was doing business. Please talk to me, not the man. That was a little frustrating.

Excellent work, allowed me to customize a few things. Did the work on time at a rrasonable cost.

Metro made the process streamlined by use of email. No onsite visit, but went right to the bid. Install was on time and done quickly. Micah and Corey were great to work with. Thanks Home Advisor for the recommendation.

Timely service

The customer service and work was top notch with Metro Heating and Cooling. The initial pricing was a little too steep for my very small and simple job, which was to simply check if any gas line was connected to my fireplace.

My Experience with Metro Heating and Cooling was excellent. They showed up when they said they would and did excellent work installing my brand new water heater. I would recommend Metro to anyone who values great work.

This is a good example of getting an old timer who knows his stuff and works hard to get a job done.

Micah called me first thing in the morning and had Cory out to my house by 12 noon. He started dismantling the old water heater and was ready to install the new unit when it arrived. The work was completed by 2 pm. Cleanup was great, in fact the floor was cleaner than when Cory arrived. The working of the new heater was explained well.. Metro Heating and Cooling has my recommendation
