Metro just replaced the heating/AC in my condo. Everyone I dealt with at Metro was professional, friendly and obviously well qualified. The installers, Cory and Phillip, treated our home as if it was theirs, and worked out some unexpected challenges creatively and successfully. I recommend Metro without reservation.

When scheduling the service call I was given a time frame from noon to 3pm that day. Service tech called 5 minutes in advance to give me a heads up regarding his expected arrival time, I missed the call but he left a very professional voicemail that I could understand clearly. He showed up at my door at the very beginning of the time period - 12:00. Service was professional, efficient, and effective. All expectations were met or exceeded. Great company to work with.

Very happy with the service and speed of replacing my furnace. Mike and Jacob were out first thing in the morning and were very courteous and considerate. They were all business and did a fine job and left no mess. I would very definitely recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Not please from the initial encounter with Metro. They could not come out right away. Did not care with there interaction with me and there company. Did act professional and did not do what they said would do. The tech they sent out did not know what he was doing and did not appear to be with Metro.

I have HSA for over 5 years now and I never question which contractor they send my home for any kind of repair work, I know they will always send the best. With all the reviews I read about Metro Heating and Cooling, they are the best in what they do, all 5-star reviews but I guess they are really bad in plumbing work and it's my mistake I chose them. I hired them to fix my shower head drop leaks and ended up paying more than $600 plus a big hole in my sheetrock which still needs to be fixed. Using the wrong tool and then saying that I am lying, even when the work was going on in my presence. The plumber who came in tried his best to take the valve out with a regular wrench and when he broke it, he asked me if it needed to be fixed as there is no water in the house. When I asked him if it always breaks, he told me, no but sometimes it does as some of them get old. Once he was done, I told him I'd talk to the company owner, Mr. Paul. The next day, I got a call from the office from Paul asking me to pay the entire amount. When I tried to explain to him, he totally denied it and told me no plumbing company will be able to take out the cartridge from the valve without breaking it. Really? So everyone looking to stop a shower leak will end up paying like me. It seems the owner was just there to make money and denying everything I am telling. He even told me he doesn't have time to listen to me and he just needs his money. I recently did an entire floor remodel in my house and dealt with so many contractors but this was a totally different case. I would urge all homeowners to be careful if you want to just change a shower head leak and not end up paying so much money as I did. Mr. Paul did offer a 10% discount just to show he cares but I guess he is offering that to everyone now whoever is paying him more than $300.

they were prompt, work was excellent as was technician. They repaired a concrete utility sink drain problem, and explained procedure to be used very well. Follow up call on a future project was very good, and will definitely use them.

They were expensive, but did quick quality work, the same day I called them. Replaced a 34 inch long x 2.5 inch Dia. Horizontal Drain Pipe. (Exposed in Basement) $350. for 20 minutes work.

I had a Delta kitchen faucet installed. The plumber called to verify when I could expect him, he was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up after the job was done. As with any plumbing job, the exact cost cannot be determined without viewing the conditions. The cost was reasonable but more importantly, it was done by someone who had pride in doing a good job. I would hire this company again.

Quick response to inquiry. Showed up on time and were very careful. Best price of all quotes. Professional, friendly and left the house as clean as when they found it. I’ll use them again.
