Description of Work: Never confirmed they were coming, or when they were finished. Didn't complete the work, had to finish work for them. Wouldn't finish up until Monday. Paid in advance, never got bill or email receipt.

Description of Work: They took out my old wood garage door and put in a new steel one in.

Description of Work: They were very professional, quick and responsive. We are still waiting for them to come out and replace two of the panels as they were damaged in installation. We had a person come out on Friday to give us an estimate, and the new garage door was in on Monday. I would recommend them to people at this point. I may need to revise this if they do not contact us and come out and replace the panels.

Description of Work: The arm/bracket connecting the opener track pulled out from the garage door. The screws just ripped out of the metal. I called the office and they were able to come out early the next morning. Technician Steve repaired the problem using a much sturdier bracket. Did not take long at all. While he was there, he noticed that the bracket holding the spring was digging into the drywall. Upon further inspection, he discovered that one of the screws holding the bracket in place went only into drywall - there was no board behind it to secure the screw. He redid the placement of this bracket locating it a few inches away where there was a board behind the drywall. He also adjusted the belt on my opener. Since he was able to do all this in the time alloted for a basic service call, there was no extra charge for the other two itmes he took care of. I was very pleased on how quickly and competently the problem(s) were repaired.

Description of Work: Second time I have used their services, first time I never submitted a report due to questioning their first time excellent response being a fluke, a year plus later - same excellent short notice response. Called at 11:00 am Friday on our garage door not opening, was functional by 6:00 pm that evening. Called from work on Friday gave all my information, job was done. Origional issue, the door would not open the previous evening, it was off the track and appeared a cable broke - problem resovled within 8 hours... Excellent service! Thank you!!!

Description of Work: GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE. THEY INCREASED THE DOWN FORCE ON THE OPENER AND CHANGED A COUPLE OF WHEELS ON THE DOOR.
