Good Stuff Moving

These guys were just great. Nick A. and Christopher A. we're the guys who did the actual move. They showed up precisely when they said they would. They were courteous, professional and efficient. All my stuff arrived in pristine condition, and the total price was considerably less than we originally thought even after adding charges for removal of old furniture when they left. I'm definitely going to hire this company again if need arises.

Lots of damage. Things not protected. Mattress bags were requested but not used. ICK! Company has not paid for damages

The guys were fantastic! My initial call was promptly returned and I felt at ease, knowing they understood the scope of the job. Brent and Trevor were very professional and careful with our items. They definitely knew what they were doing. When they arrived at our new house, they first toured the space to get a sense of the rooms. They always confirmed where we wanted items and after the truck was unloaded, they did a walk-through with us to ensure everything was where it should be. They moved the furniture into place and made sure we were satisfied before they left. I would most definitely use them again!

From the time I first contacted them via phone to when the truck pulled away from my new home, the staff were professional, efficient, and friendly. It could not have gone more smoothly. Thanks to them a stressful time was less stressful.

Excellent experience. The guys were right on time and very efficient. They were friendly and knowledgeable and managed to get an unwieldy couch downstairs. I have had multiple experiences with moving companies, and they have not all been this great(my most recent move prior to this one was awful from start to finish, with no attempt at problem resolution). I'm hoping to stay in this house for many years, but if I need to hire movers again, this company is the only one I'll use! My grade: AAAA! Thank you for restoring my faith in moving companies!

Everytime someone in my family moves they call Good Stuff. It was sort of a simple move. I was helping the kids out. Moving an elliptical from one house to another. We had them do because it involved stairs, so we had them do it. They did a wonderful job. We had to pay their 2 hour minimum. Their price is fair. It's as good as any of them. Most important for us is that things are moved. We have had furniture and households moved with them and they've been wonderful. I don't have any complaints, it's hard work. They are always right on time.

Everything went very smoothly. The three man crew was prompt, courteous and careful. Very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them.

Wow, these guys are great! When I called to schedule a small, short move, Brent was very friendly, and said if they finished a job earlier than expected, they would be in touch and try to move my stuff sooner than was originally scheduled. Turns out, they were able to complete my request 5 days early! Ryan and Brandon were prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous. And they were very careful with my furniture pieces. Will definitely recommend and call Good Stuff Moving next time I need help. Thanks, guys! :-)

Completely pleased. We ended up having too much stuff for one truck. They promptly sent another truck to accommodate us! Fantastic Service! Nothing broken!

We moved out of a multi-level townhouse and into a single family home. Good Stuff Moving was the most responsive company we contacted, and did the best job understanding our needs. The townhouse consisted of three stories, with rather narrow staircases and tight corners, but the Good Stuff Moving crew handled it with ease, and carefully maneuvered our large furniture out the door and into the truck (with surprising speed as well). They were courteous and professional throughout the entire process, and even laid down multiple floor runners on the hardwood floor in our new home prior to moving anything off the truck. We took advantage of their box-rental option (you pay a minimal fee up-front, which is refunded when you return the box), and couldn't be happier with the entire process. If we move again, they will be our first call.

Good Stuff was very responsive and professional throughout our experience. We had to re-schedule the date a couple of times, and they were easy and fair to work with. They showed up on time, packed and delivered everything very efficiently without damage. We would definitely hire them again.

The crew was punctual, friendly and organized. They each had their job in prepping furniture to move and they worked very efficiently. Set up in the new place also went well. Crew members even offered helpful suggestions on furniture placement! I would highly recommend Good Stuff Moving.

the guys were friendly, and professional, six movers so instructions were not received by all. Still putting house together, just noticed several deep scratches on pine Armoire and chipped gold leaf picture frame. Have not checked all pieces.

The entire process from beginning to end was just a powerful lesson on best business practices and how to serve the public. Good Stuff Moving stands heads and shoulders above all the other "two or three or four men and a truck" out there! Everyone we came in contact with from the original estimation visit by Matt to obtaining packing supplies from Jim to the actual move-out-move-in day with Forrest and Nick, (pictured below), we were treated like royalty. The five-hour-plus relocation process was totally stress free, (except for the parking space "police woman" on the other end, no fault of Good Stuff). We were so impressed with Good Stuff that even before moving day, we were singing their praises to everyone we could. While packing the Saturday before, a family came through for a showing and we heavily promoted Good Stuff to them. The father in the group even took a photo of a Good Stuff Moving box just so he could document their phone number!

This company performed above and beyond our expectations. Excellent work ethic was evident in each team member. Graciousness abounded when error (mine) was discovered. This company has helped several of our family members move back and forth and around and around the Twin Cities and we have never been disappointed with their work or cost. The move went great from estimate to the actual move. The team members were professional and on time. They completed the job ahead on schedule and under the estimate.

The movers were very professional and friendly. They took great care in moving everything out of the home and loading the truck, as well as unloading for storage. By splitting the move into 2 days they saved us the cost of a 3rd mover. This also allowed us to be at our destination and ready for them the next day. This was our first experience with a moving company and it could not have been better~

Overall it went really well. They were polite, helpful, and very careful with my things. My only minor complaint is I wish they had a slightly greater sense of urgency in finishing the job quickly, but I also understand that making sure nothing breaks is more important than saving me 10 minutes worth of hourly billing. I would hire them again so it's not a major concern, to be clear.
