Better than expected. The move covered everything from loading a day early, traveling to a remote area of northern Minnesota and unloading at the destination. Movers were professional and good sports( mosquitoes were relentless)

Brent cancelled on me last minute leaving me in a stressful situation because he double booked a service. He left me with almost no time to rehire movers. Beware. You would be out in the COLD with Good Stuff

I hired Good Stuff moving and they did an outstanding job, at a very reasonable price! They were on time with 4 movers & 2 trucks and moved everything a lot faster than expected. I trusted their expertise and they delivered! I used them about 5 yrs ago too and had the same experience, so it was an easy decision to use them again.

How did it go??? These guys were awesome!! Even thought I only had a two bedroom apt, they showed up with a huge truck, just to be sure. Dylan and Jason were exactly on time and were the most efficient and courteous guys I have ever had the pleasure to see work. Jason has been their 8 years and I hope he is an owner, if not he should be. The pricing was fair and middle of the road so, If you need someone to move your stuff, give them a call.

Good Stuff Moving Service was fantastic! Brent was very thorough in helping us understand how to prepare for the move. They arrived on time and sent 4 men and 2 trucks to move all of our possessions from a 4 bedroom house to a 5 bedroom house a couple of cities over. The men were very nice, understanding and moved incredibly quickly. We were concerned that a few items wouldn't fit through the walkways and doors but they had no issues getting the items out of the house and into the areas that we wanted in our new house. They even went above and beyond to make sure we maximized our storage space by moving storage boxes into dark and unfinished areas. In the end, they finished 2 hours early and were given a well deserved tip. Would definitely hire again. Thank you Matt, James, Trevor, Kyle and Brent!

My Dad we're very happy with the service, they were very professional, they showed up on time, it's just a small move but they did what they said they'll gonna do, and they were very polite.

We were greeted by two wonderful guys first thing in the morning. ( Lorenzo and Matt D) After introducing themselves they got right to work. This move was huge for my parents as they were leaving their home after 47 years. The guys understood that. They took time during the move to listen to my fathers stories and even have a picture taken with my mom. We even heard them laughing with my parents. I had heard of Good Stuff Moving from a friend and decided to give them a try. Everyone was so great from the owner I talked with on the phone to the two guys who came over. The furniture was moved with care and they really wanted to make sure it was a great experience for my parents. If I ever hear of anyone needing a moving company you can bet that I will recommend Good Stuff Moving. Professional, friendly and respectful. Booking a day and time was simple with a good old fashioned phone call. Movers arrived on-time and were incredibly efficient and friendly. Thank you Terry and Race for your help! This company is 100% recommended.

Never got off the ground. Estimator arrived early (good), was unable to, or refused to use the apartment access key pad, called my husband (not sure how he got my husband’s phone number), hung up on my husband BEFORE my husband had a chance to finish entry instructions. Matt (estimator) called me, i started to tell him how to gain entry through the access keypad, and he proceeded to tell me that he tried with my husband “but apparently he can’t do it, so somebody needs to come and get me, or i don’t get in.” Already his poor attitude was evident over the phone. When i went to get him, he was cheery enough, asking how i was doing today, to which i replied “it was fine until you hung up on my husband, and you were rude to me over the phone.” Matt replied that is this is the wrong way to start, then maybe we shouldn’t move on (with the estimate). I asked why he was rude, and he said that “that is YOUR perception.” Again, he said then we probably shouldn’t mover forward. I agreed, and sent him on his way. I called Good Stuff Moving to let them know what happened, and spoke with Brent Stone. Brent was courteous...at first, apologized, and said he would speak with Matt. I asked for another estimator, but Matt is the only one. According to Brent, Matt has been with the company for 12 years, and conducts 25 estimates per week. I informed Mr. Stone that we would no longer be using their services. After a few more words, Brent started to sound indignant and sounded like he was defending Matt. I understand managers must support their employees, and address issues with them in private. It sounded as if Brent was supporting Matt’s poor behavior, towards a potential customer, as a “personality clash.” Matt and i spent less than 10 seconds together. First impressions count, and this first impression left a bad taste in our mouths. If Matt is supposed to represent this company in the best light, he failed. It is a true shame, because we had planned to hire GSM. Finally, we had another estimator visit earlier today, and he had no issue with accessing entry.

Initial call back was quick with a quote adapted to our smaller moving project. Showed up on time, completed job within the estimated amount of time. Did a good job wrapping furniture to protect it.

I was horrified with my experience with this company, especially because it started out so positively. Their employee Jim is who I first spoke to and he was very helpful as we discussed the quote and particulars for the move. When I called back to pay the deposit, which I paid, the owner answered and would not let me talk to Jim. Instead he took my deposit. After I paid he told me we needed to change the time of the delivery and asked for other details I didn't have. I said I needed to talk to the other parties involved before I could agree to a new time or any of the other new conditions and would need to call back. He was incredibly rude and aggressive. I finally told him that I wanted to change companies as I was no longer comfortable . He then said he could tell I was that kind of person and insulted my character. He did at least agree to give me my deposit back, continued to lob personal insults at me and hung up as soon as it processed. I can't believe a business owner would act like such a petulant child. Incredibly disappointing service, especially when I was so pleased with their quote and so eager to book them.

Staff movers were efficient and friendly. They arrived on time! Cost was as estimate indicated. Follow up from beginning to finish was excellent! I have given this review to the apartment manager. I chose this company based on Angies List and Better Business Bureau A rating . I researched four companies, only two were on Angies list. I will refer this company to friends and family.

Great. the movers were professional, expedient and courteous. I had a lot of things to move and they did it in a timely manner. I directed them which rooms to put things in and they helped me get the furniture where I wanted it before they left. I can't say enough good things about Good Stuff Moving.
