They arrived on time and packed everything quickly and efficiently, delivered the items to my house, unpacked them and placed them exactly where I needed them.

Good Stuff Moving guys were very resourceful. Very clean-cut and well-spoken. They did an excellent job and we would use them again.

Had moved 2 months prior with Matt's moving to flop at my dad's until my closing. Everything was still shrink wrapped. Matt's was booked so I used Good Stuff. They were ok, put a hand thru my sofa mesh underneath and didn't say a word. They added the number of hours wrong by 1 hour, which was corrected immediately by their office which was superb. Workers didn't use straps or safety stuff like Matt's does.

Very professional. Service fully explained prior to arrival and everything went exactly as described. Would definitely use again.

It went fairly well. I ended up helping to move boxes because I was paying them by the hour. They forgot moving blankets and tools so they ended up scratching the back of my couch and leaving it in the hallway because they didn't have the tools to remove the legs and move it into the living room. Other than that, things went well.

This company was highly recommended by neighbors on the Next Door online network sponsored by the city of Roseville. I will certainly be recommending them as well. The movers were great. The only problem was a communication glitch as to what exactly should be moved; apparently the information I gave the company over the phone didn't get relayed to the movers, and my mom, who has mild cognitive impairment, got confused and told them to just take the one desk to my place and leave the other two pieces in the basement. When they got to my house with just the one item, I asked if they could go back to Mom's and get the chest of drawers and move the other desk. They got the OK from headquarters and did it within the two-hour minimum we were paying for anyway, so we weren't charged extra. The guys were fast and cheerful despite the extra trip and the hot, humid weather. I should also mention that the company made a special effort to schedule this move quickly after they learned we needed to get the stuff out of my mom's basement in time for a construction job the next day.

The service was okay and the price was fine. They left a dent in our wall, they said they would fix it, but they didn't.

I would recommend them to anybody. They are first class.

Were told they would be there between 10 & 1pm and arrived around 10:30am. We had 3 men do the moving. They were very careful with everything. Furniture was all wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. All furniture was placed where it needed to be. The estimate given for the move was very close to the actual price. These guys were great!!

Willie & Zach showed up on time and were very friendly and efficient. We quite enjoyed having them move our stuff!

Pretty well. Took longer than I expected but there were a lot of heavy items. I really appreciate all the heavy lifting that they did. They were paid by the hour and at times that there was some dawdling. Other than a few scratches and one damaged item which they offered to compensate for it well pretty well.

Two guys showed up and immediately went to work moving furniture and boxes. One guy accidentally got his vehicle stuck in the driveway and also injured his back. The company responded well by getting a tow truck and a replacement worker. The move went very smoothly on the delivery side. All said, the guys had great attitudes and did a great job. I like that this company provides an hourly rate. If you're set up for the move, it's definitely the most cost effective way to go.

3 guys arrived to move our stuff, which we'd boxed and put into the garage for easier moving and to save money. They did a superb job moving the boxes (which took only a short time) and the furniture, which they took apart as necessary and wrapped as necessary. Nothing was scratched and everything was put where we asked. In the end, it took only a few hours for an entire household and cost us less than expected. Could ask for a better move!

Everything went very smoothly. They were punctual and ready to go. The move went fast and they were very efficient. Nothing was broken or even scratched. My wife had sheets of glass for making stained glass and none of them even had a crack and we did not pack them all that carefully. They worked very hard from start to finish and were very friendly, professional and accommodating to our needs. They took beds and other furniture apart and put them back together. Our furniture was placed wherever we asked them to. We couldn't say enough for the great job they did. We would recommend them to anyone!

Would highly recommend! Moved out of the 21st floor of a difficult downtown St Paul apartment into a single family Minneapolis home. Mike and George were on time with the truck and began work right away. They wrapped all furniture and worked in a very efficient way. Me and roommate helped to speed up the process. Would never move again without using Good Stuffing Moving, well worth the cost.

I had cleaned out my mom's condo of all the boxed up stuff - clothes, dishes, etc. but i need to have all the furniture moved. I had to get it all moved in just 2 days so I called these guys. The guys called and told me they'd be there in 20 minutes and were, as promised. It is a long walk from the front of the building, up the elevator to the 3rd floor and wayaayy in the back of the building. They did a great job of packing everything up and organizing how to put it into the truck. Because of the distance it took longer. When the truck was loaded I met them at the storage unit. They were completely professional at all times. Asked me clarifying questions, as needed. It was raining, too. When they were at the storage unit the lead guy (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) assessed the space and managed to pack everything into it. They did a great job, on time, no damage, and with a smile.

Two guys named Ryan showed up. Everything seemed to go smoothly until it was time to move my bed upstairs. I have a Serta motion mattress. I called the manufacturer and they told me the base weights 223 pounds. While trying to get it upstairs one of the Ryans put his elbow through a window. A new mover was sent out but I could clearly see they did not feel like moving this heavy object. I live in an old Minneapolis bungalow so it is awkward getting it upstairs but in the years I've living in this house I've had 6 different queen beds brought upstairs. The one I have now is the same size, just heavier. The new mover told me he had never seen anyone get a queen size bed up the stairs of one of these old bungalows and that he didn't feel like lifting it. So I have broken window, they didn't clean up all the glass, they didn't put things where they were supposed to go, even though I had put bright orange labels on all the furniture. I asked that all the framed pictures be wrapped in plastic and only one of them was. And worst of all, they put a huge whole in the foam of the bed base. As long as I don't sleep over the part with the hole it is ok but I am going to have to replace a $1300 bed base. The owner called me and told me they weren't going to finish the move because one of his people had been injured by breaking one of my windows. I refused to pay. I emailed the owner about his insurance covering the damage. I'll update this if I get a response. I then started going through craigslist looking for people who said they move thing and hired the first people who said they would come out that day. They showed up a few hours later. They did have to mess around a bit to get the bed upstairs but they didn't go anywhere near the window Ryan broke and they had these straps for heavy lifting. In 15 minutes they had the bed upstairs. They also put all my things where they belonged. All for only $50. Two random guys from Craigslist did what these professional movers couldn't for much less money. In case anyone is interested, I hired Junior, the mover at 612-735-4854 to fix this company's screw up. Do not use this moving company, they suck.

There were two young guys who were very good. They didn't knick or scratch anything. They were helpful, careful, friendly, and nice to work with. The only thing I wish that was different, was the minimum requirement of two hours work. I think most companies have this policy anymore, but it would be nice if there was another option for older ladies with fixed incomes like myself.

First off, I rated price as "N/A" because I didn't shop around, and so cannot make any comparison. My husband and I recently bought a house, and moved from a one-bedroom apartment rental to the house. We always thought that we would move on the Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend, until we figured that we needed three more days to finish painting and packing. So I searched on Angie's List and found Good Stuff Moving. I called and left a message, and received a call back fairly quickly. Fortunately, they were available on our moving day. Given the great reviews on Angie's List and the quality phone conversations, I decided to go with them. The two-guy team arrived on time, went straight to do their job, took care to move the furniture and the boxes. They were also quick, finishing the whole process in 2.5 hours! (the distance between the rental and the house is a 15-minute drive) We both are very satisfied with their services. The day after the moving, I even received a customer satisfaction questionnaire, wow!

The movers came on time and were very friendly. They went over everything that needed to be moved before starting to load the truck. They wrapped our oil paintings and lamps for us and they arrived in perfect shape. The 3 men that came were very professional and we were loaded and unloaded in less time than estimated. They offered to rearrange furniture after everything was unloaded if we weren't happy with the arrangements. They were very careful with our belongings, and I would definitely hire than again. I highly recommend these movers.

It was great. Moving is so stressful but the Good Stuff guys were on time, professional and polite. They really worked with us even though our original closing date fell through they could reschedule quickly. They came at 7:45 the first day and packed everything up. Then came back the next day and loaded the truck. I thought is was particularly good to see that when our large reclining couch was just a little too big to go through the basement door they didn't force it. They backed up and took the extra time to take it apart and reassemble at the new place. They were even very gracious when I messed up and, thinking we had already paid for the boxes, gave a bunch away to friends who were moving in a couple weeks. We were in fact just borrowing the boxes, free of charge, and should have kept them to pick up. Overall they took a potentially stressful situation and made it as easy as possible.

Fabulous experience! Accurate estimate. Friendly service. Efficient and hard working movers. We would definitely use good stuff movers in future and would confidently refer others to use company.

We decided at the last minute that we needed help moving all of our large items from our rental home to our newly purchased home just a few miles down the road. We moved all of the boxes ourselves. I called on May 9th and was able to get an appointment for May 16th, which I was very happy with. The gentleman that set up the appointment was Paul, I believe. He was very matter of fact and helped me understand that we would be getting 3 movers for a minimum of 3 hours and 1 additional hour of travel time. After everything was all set up, I got a confirmation email (an estimate that the job would take 5-6 hours) and also a reminder phone call on the day before our move to confirm what time the movers should arrive. On the day of the move, the three movers (very nice, personable, hard-working and STRONG) arrived within the scheduled time frame with a 26' truck and got right to work wrapping our items for protection and packing the truck. After seeing how capable they were, we decided to have them also move our Extra Large Big Green Egg BBQ Smoker, which is incredibly heavy and ackward. They moved it carefully which was awesome because my husband was going to make special arrangements to move it himself because he was concerned that it might get damaged. All of our items arrived in perfect condition....no dings in the walls or items. They were such a big help, and we were completely happy with how quickly they got the job done. They were completely done with the move in 4 hours (2 hours below the estimate we had originally received). We will definitely hire them again if we have to move again in the future and will also recommend them to anyone else who might be in the need of movers.

This is the 4th time we have used them and they are always on time. They are professional and accommodating. It went very well this move and well as the previous moves.

They arrived on time during a severe thunderstorm. They moved everything without any damage, worked hard without wasting time, in a professional manner. I am completely satisfied and plan to use them again if the need arises.
