Good Stuff Moving

Our initial contact with the movers was very pleasant and professional. One of the personnel inspected our stuff personally and came up with an estimate. We had very bad experience previously with another moving company, a van line. Thus we were very apprehensive and sceptical from the beginning about every aspect of our move. The movers showed up at the right time on the dot, finished packing within the estimated time. Our stuff was delivered as promised, at the right time. The packing was very nicely done and we did not end up with anything broken or missing. The total was exactly as per estimate and move took FOUR days to complete!! THERE WERE NO HIDDEN FEES OR UNEXPECTED CHARGES. In my opinion, the major advantage was the fact that they don't operate like a van line and pick up and deliver from point A to point B. As noted above, in our previous move, we had a 100% increase in final cost from hidden fees, with stuff missing and delivery taking nearly 45 days to complete!! So, we very highly recommend this company.

They hung up on me while speaking to them. I feel like that they treat people different if they're older. From the first word he was not happy. I gave him all these particulars and then he asked me how any boxes I wanted. I told him I didn't want any because I'm actually allergic to cardboard. He was just so nervous and funny about it. When they called me back I was in the middle of serving dinner so I asked him to call me back and he became extremely rude. I asked Brent to call me back around a quarter to one and he said "Have a nice day" and hung up the phone.

This company rocks! From the initial meeting with the person who provided an estimate to the final moving day, Good Stuff Moving was awesome. The estimate was very close and the option to purchase boxes, packing paper, and bubble wrap proved incredibly important and valuable. The moving crews were fantastic!! There was not one scratch, ding, or broken item. In particular, Mike and Cole (who did both our moving out on one day and moving in another) were marvelous! Each crew member was professional, cheery, and super conscientious. Our communication with the company was always answered promptly. I would highly recommend Good Stuff Moving!!!! They were incredible!!!!

Guys were good at their job and accommodated all of our needs. Would definitely hire again.

It went fantastic, I don't know what I'd do without them!

Excellent job, truck and 2 men showed up on time ready to work, They knew exactly what to do and how to wrap and protect the furniture. They were very professional and did everything I asked them to do. They moved a very long sofa, large China hutch, clothes washer, along with other pieces of furniture. I had family members move small pieces like dishes and clothes so I don't know how they , Good Sttuff Movers, are with packing items but they did an excellent job with all my furniture. I definitely would use them again.

We could not have been more pleased! Good Stuff provided all the boxes we needed to pack ourselves. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time and worked quickly and carefully. There was not a nick or a scratch on any of our belongings or the walls or doors at either house. It was raining, and they even wiped their feet to avoid tracking up the floors. We moved into a house with a tricky staircase, but it was not a problem at all. Believe the reviews, this really is a high-quality service provider!

Thank you Good Stuff Moving. About two weeks ago two employees from Good Stuff moved about half of our furniture and boxes to a storage. But we recently discovered that we needed one of those pieces of stored furniture now, before we empty out the locker. We called and Brent kindly worked out an arrangement for us by which two of his employees moved everything in the locker to find that piece of furniture for us. Later today we will transport that one piece to our house ourselves. But we are delighted that they could fit this task into their schedule on very short notice, and they did an excellent job--very prompt and careful and efficient.

They were excellent and the process went very smoothly. In advance of the team's arrival we packed those items which could be packed into boxes. They arrived at precisely the scheduled time and moved some furniture and many many packed boxes to a storage locker which we had rented. They got the job done in seemingly record time (came in under budget), they were very careful and were also very personable and polite. They even went beyond the call of duty, getting some items down from our rafters which we could not do, moving some of our furniture which was to remain in our house, and moving items from our small storage locker into our larger one. We would definitely hire them again.

They were on time, courteous, efficient. They took good care with the sofa, the job was done in the estimated time and cost was reasonable. I'd use them again.

Brent sent a truck and 2 guys down - Punctual. They carefully and efficiently got the furniture and boxes loaded, drove close to 3 hours to Plymouth, and got it all unloaded by evening. They worked hard. Pricing was great - I had obtained several bids. There's was the best and there were no surprises. Really a perfect move.

It went horribly. If not for the kindness of a stranger, I would have lost everything instead of only leaving behind half.

This was absolutely my best experience with a moving company. First, we received an initial estimate by email and phone. I sent Brent a list of the furniture, and explained the house layout. The furniture we had moved was two bedrooms with beds and dressers, a den with a sleeper sofa and other pieces, living room furniture, formal dining room table and hutch, kitchen table, and an upright piano plus a full size couch which was in a walk-out basement space. The estimate was approx. $150 per hour for three men and a 26 foot truck. Brent thought at 5 hours to do the job. On moving day, the three person crew arrived 15 minutes early to the time that was committed to us, thank you, excellent. They all introduced themselves and were very courteous. We then walked through the house to show them the pieces we had, and discussed the options for taking the larger items out of the house. The team proceeded to shrink wrap many of the items, and some were also blanket and shrink wrapped. The team worked methodically, did not hurry, carried each piece of furniture with great care and caution. There was not a single sound of a furniture piece hitting a door frame either on the way out or on the way back into the new home. They loaded the truck in 2.5 hours, and off we went. Unloading went just as smoothly. They were patient to ask us where each piece was to go, and helped us with suggestions on pieces that we weren't sure where we wanted them. They also moved a couple of existing pieces at the new house to place the newly moved furniture. Total move time was just under 5 hours and came in at $750. All in all, a truly wonderful job by the team. I highly recommended Good Stuff Movers.

They provided the boxes, paper, and bubble wrap for packing. They showed up right on time for the move. They moved boxes and big items like a riding lawn mower. They were tight on room so I put some items in a pick up. This was to my advantage as the move cost is approx. and depends on how long the guys are working. The cost turned out to be less than quoted and certainly less than my original estimate. We were off season so there was a reduced cost there. The boxes are charged at $2.00 per box but that is refunded when you are done with them. The deliver and pick up the collapsed boxes. I would certainly recommend them to others.

They wrapped all furniture that held clothing. Also answered our questions prior to the moving date on what they wanted out of the furniture and what should be placed in boxes. Offered boxes but we had our own and was nice about that. In the complex, one stayed with the truck and loaded the items up while the the other brought the items up so it worked great.

Professional, efficient, friendly. They took the time to ask where we wanted every piece of furniture. It was raining and they were careful about the floors and laid down rugs in all walkways.

I was very impressed with the top-notch professionalism of this company, and I would not hesitate to use their services in the future. Our move was a very complicated shifting of furniture between three houses and Good Stuff Moving took the time to understand exactly what I wanted them to do, Their information regarding prices was accurate and clear. (I confirmed everything with an email to ensure that there would be no misunderstandings.) The price was very fair compared to other companies I checked. The movers were friendly, efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Fantastic from my inquiry call to the final settlement of a small refund for minor, minor, minor damage to a couple of pieces of furniture. They answered all of my questions and concerns promptly. I was a little concerned by the lack of forms or applications but I trusted the reviews and found out it is really nice to go through this process in a less formal manner. Moving is hard enough you shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get the stuff moved too. 3 guys were dispatched to move and pack a house lived in for over 50 years so you know there was a lot of stuff. The guys were clean, good humored, fast and careful. I was quoted 3 hours to load and 3 hours to unload and that's what it was. There were a couple of pieces damaged in transit. They gave me time to research what we would need to replace the one piece and fix the other. I gave them a reasonable request and they sent out a check within a day of our discussion. I can't say enough about Good Stuff Moving.

We had a complex moving situation in which we had two families switching homes. Good Stuff was AMAZING! They sent one team to each house and the teams loaded everything up simultaneously and timed it perfectly so they were able to unload at the other house at the same time. The team of three that I personally worked with was incredibly fast, but also careful and considerate. They asked questions, as needed, but worked very autonomously. They worked so well together and the move went much quicker than I anticipated. I cannot recommend them enough. I would never move without hiring this company again.

Both experiences with Good Stuff Moving were excellent! We had them move the bulk of our furniture,and some of our boxes, etc. last November, and today we needed them to move two more bulky items for us. Scheduling was easy and the crews -- both times headed by Nick -- were punctual, careful and great to work with. We had nothing broken or damaged. They handled a few difficult items with ease as well, especially through tight doorways and up and down stairs. Would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks for making our moving experience(s) less stressful than we imagined it could be!

The team showed up on time and were very professional. They wrapped everything very well and got the job done more quickly than anticipated. It was really nice to work with them because the apartment required all moving to be done through a dock door that was down several hallways and on a different floor. Because of Good Stuff, the move was done quicker and for less money than budgeted. Super customer service!

The guys were good, they moved us quickly, the service was fine.

They did an outstanding job. Two men showed up on time and packed the truck efficiently and with care. The entire job was completed in less time than quoted. Overall outstanding service for a reasonable price.

It was not a good experience. The movers themselves were great. It was just their quote was very high because we moved half of it ourselves. We had time so we moved half of it ourselves. We used a local mover and company for a lot of it as well and it still came in almost at what they quoted for the whole house. It was a local move. It was not good at all. I was not happy at all. We had four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bath. Their estimate on the move was way off.
